I ordered a dehumidifier on the Saturday. Due to roadworks in my area there was a delay in delivery. I emailed the supplier & the cause of the delay was immediately looked into & I received the dehumidifier a few days later. I felt confident that if I needed further help, someone was on hand.

Terrible aftercare
Immediately highlighted that the dehumidifier was a lot louder than it was sold as. The marketing on this item is not accurate. I reported it within one day and the company were not at all interested. They didnt investigate, just told it was normal. No attempt at customer aftercare. I am not satisfied with the product and would never buy from this company again. Take your money and no interest afterwards
P.s. their response to my review, which is my genuine honest experience with them, is inaccurate. They didn't make any attempt to discuss. They simply shut the matter down with the first email. The fan constantly sounds louder than a boiling kettle and doesnt change, lessen or stop. Despite it saying otherwise. The company wasn't interested in this information.

However, we feel it is important to clarify that your concerns were not dismissed. Following your report, we reviewed the video you provided and responded with a detailed explanation of our findings. We advised that, based on the evidence supplied, the unit appeared to be operating as expected and that we were unable to identify any fault requiring repair or replacement.
We explained that compressor dehumidifiers naturally produce operational noise from components such as the compressor, fan and airflow system, particularly when actively removing moisture from the air. We also clarified that whilst night mode may adjust certain settings, it does not make the unit silent.
At no point were your concerns ignored. We reviewed the information provided, investigated the issue reported, and communicated our assessment based on the evidence available to us.

Fantastic air conditioner. Couldn't be happier with it. Really easy to navigate site and make purchase.
Would have been nice to know it had been dispatched or when it was out for delivery. Got abruptly woken just before 07:30 on my day off.
Really happy with the air conditioner. Does a great job in our open plan kitchen/living room. We have really high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows across one side so it gets like a green house in here. Will be so grateful to have it during this disgusting humidity in the UK. Also has a dehumidifier and heating too so not just using it for a month or two of the year. Also makes it easier to justify the price.

I have given 5 stars because this product literally arrived the next day in the Isle of Wight which was incredibly impressive!
To be honest at first, reading the information book worried me a little as it seemed rather complicated to a hopeless novice like myself!

Google search results didn't disappoint
I've only had my dehumidifier for a few days but I'm really happy with it! We live in an old flat with no double glazing so damp has been a huge problem, it's caused my childhood asthma to resurface, so I needed something that will help. It's easy to set up and use, the tank is also easy to remove and carry as it has a handle so it makes life easier.
The laundry function is amazing! I had 2 airers filled with clothes and everything dried really quickly, even with 1 airer behind the other the clothes on the back airer were only slightly damp when the clothes on the front airer had dried which I wasn't expecting.
We only have it on during the day so humidity rises overnight but it brings the humidity down to the pre-set 55%, you can change the setting but I haven't bothered to find out how yet.
One thing that did help is when I bought it, they automatically add 3 spare filters on your order. They're £33 I think but I found it useful because I don't know how long the filter will last, we have a cat so fur gets everywhere, but now I don't have to go online and panic about getting more filters when the 1st one needs replacing. The filters also have tabs so it's easy to remove without getting built up don't all over yourself when you change it. You can remove them from your order but it saves time adding later.
Only thing I forgot on the 1st day is there's a flap you have to open at the front before you turn it on but I was speed reading the instructions so I assume I missed it. No harm done though and it works fine. It does get the humidity down quite quickly as well.
It's not too loud but unless you fall asleep easily and are a heavy sleeper I wouldn't recommend it in your bedroom overnight. There's a night mode button but as far as I can tell it shuts the touch screen off but I don't think it runs any quieter than if you don't have it on night mode but I was playing around with it so maybe it needs a minute to wind down a bit.
Next day delivery was efficient and it arrived Monday morning without issue after I ordered it on Sunday before 6pm.
Overall it's quick, easy to use and there's a timer so you don't have to keep remembering to turn it off. The touch screen is easy to use and it doesn't take too much space. We are trying to buy a house so I needed something that will deal with a 3 bed house as well as a 2 bed flat. I'd definitely say go for this one.
