Very bad experience. They just know to take money after paying them, you face difficulties. They don't have any responsibility for shipment damage. Shipment department is worset in the world.

Never consider to pay or deliver all the reviews they use are fake. They ask me to pay $10,000 NZD to deliver me the car but since after i got nothing but just saying its shipped. its been more than year.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with MDK JAPAN Company, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the team at MDK JAPAN Company displayed a level of professionalism and dedication that is truly commendable.

Sent them $ 3000 as deposit to a person Steve David, He told me price of 2013 Vitz in $1,500, Estima 2011 $ 3,500 and Prius 2016 in $ 4,500 and we agreed on the price, he started bidding when money landed in his account, when the car wasn't taken, he told me to increase the price $ 300 to win them even then the cars were not taken and he asked me to add another $ 800 on top. Vitz 2013 he took for me in $ 4,300 FOB, Estima 2011 in $ 5,800 FOB and Prius 2016 in $ 8,800 FOB. I was angry buying at these prices and i asked him to refund me the deposit but he said it is not possible. I then went on asked him to ship it anyways, last year November i bought these cars he said will be shipped straight away but the cars were lying there for 5 Months and I only now received cars which were bought in 2020. Cars are here but they are refusing to send me paperwork for port clearing. I am paying port penalty on those cars now. I appreciate if someone could help me with this mess. Disappointment is a small word, they are complete fraudsters

When I decided to return the deposit, these guys from the MDK company answered me that the deposit will be returned within 15 days, but in fact, much more time has passed and they still tell me that they have such a principle of refunds that all the money will be returned, although I believe in it will be. I appeal to the employees of this company if you do not want to see the fruits of your relationship in the form of video reviews on which platforms like YouTube and others, return the money that does not belong to you. Withholding of Funds that do not belong to this company, on the contrary, belongs to the client's side, is illegal with these reasons, you can safely go to court if you did not know about this dear comrades. all the Information, all sorts of screenshots have already been taken so that your company, in turn, cannot play around in any way in this situation
