I ordered from Mdamme the Label in April 2025 and never received my item. I first contacted them in May 2025 and spent months going back and forth until August 2025, when they stopped replying completely. They kept delaying my refund, then offered a discount code instead, and eventually ghosted me along with my money. This website is not trustworthy. Please avoid it at all costs.
Scam company of the first order. Once you have paid for the item, your money are gone and you'll never get either your purchased item nor your money back. Ordered and paid for a bag for my daughter 1½ months ago. Got a confirmation and that I would be notified when the bag was ready for shipping. Never heard from them again! No emails, no refund...Nothing! The money is gone! I cannot warn enough against this scam company!
I placed an order approximately one and a half months ago, and I still haven’t received it. During this time, I contacted the company multiple times. While they do respond to my emails, they only provide vague and temporary replies just to brush me off. No clear information or solution has been offered.
I also requested a refund, but no concrete steps have been taken. The product hasn’t been delivered, and my money hasn’t been returned either.
Because of this, I feel deceived and completely disappointed. This company is not trustworthy and clearly does not care about customer satisfaction.
I strongly advise not to trust this company! Think twice before placing an order, or you may end up in the same situation as I did.
