Not recommended, Not a good experience

Wanted to try MD Store for the first time, ultimately turned out to be a Bad decision.
No updates on the order.
Fake promises.
No timely response to the emails,
After waiting 2 weeks , canceled the order.
Not recommended and not trustworthy 😔

Products not delivered

The things I ordered were out of stock but it was not mentioned on the website when I ordered because it said it was in stock. It was supposed to be delivered within 3-4 days. 10 days passed and I had no idea, why I didn’t receive the products, I would check the delivery status almost everyday. I should have been atleast informed by the MD-store if there was any delays but I was not. It was only when I called them that I got to know the product is out of stock. They asked me to wait for next week. Next week came and still no delivery and they didn’t care to inform you unless you call them.
I am highly disappointed by their service. I would never order any product online from this store since I would never know which product is out of stock, even if it is mentioned that it was in stock.

The only good thing was that the refund was done immediately, when I asked them to cancel the order.

My experience has been the worst

My experience has been the worst. They delivered incorrect items. It took me six weeks to get the money back for the wrong items. Terrible buying and terrible customer service experience.
I am still glad however that they refunded me for the wrong items.

Bad Experience with MD Store (never buy any product from this store)

"I had a very disappointing experience with MD Store. I ordered grocery products, including Aashirvaad flour, but received an inferior quality flour instead. Additionally, one product from my order was missing. When I tried to resolve the issue by calling the store, they ignored my calls and eventually blocked my number. This level of customer service is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to take legal action. I will not be shopping here again and I advise others to be cautious."

Order at your own risk!

So, I have finally received all items today after 20 days of ordering and after lot of phone calls and writing many emails. It seems like missing few items is totally normal with this store and they do not send an Invoice along with the shipment for correspondence. Delivery time is beyond belief for a distance of 2 hrs (20 days for completing my order). Ordering costlier items is too risky. Owner does not seem to care about the Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction , Customer compensation (for the inconvenience) and Customer Retention etc. Order at this store at your own risk .

Don’t buy from MD store

I ordered several items but few items were missing in the delivery!!!

Also, they take more than week to deliver the items that too not at the address mentioned in the order!!!

I received mail from the courier that I will get my order delivered between 9 am to 1 pm, so I worked from home and waited for my package, but at 4:30 pm i received a mail that my package has been delivered to nearest package store, which was 3 km far from my home. I don’t have car so i had to walk by foot to collect my package!!!

These suckers don’t care about anything.
Don’t buy anything from them, trust me you will only regret in the end!!!!

These money suckers are not only fooling people, they are fooling people in their own country. If you plan to buy itmes from them, that will happen down to you. After your order, damn sure you will not get any notification as they started your delivery. After a few days when you contact them, they will say that they have not started delivering your items, then they will deliver. Once you receive the items, you will find that many items are missing and many items are wrong. Do not contact them by email and phone, they never reply. After 3 months they wake up when you pay money via klarna, if you are lucky they will only refund 0.000000001% of your money. I strongly recommend you don't buy anything from this frauds. @MD store, instead of deceiving your own people, please do prostitution.

After reading all the reviews, I decided to lodge a complaint with PayPal. Within a day, the supplier responded to my email explaining the mix-up, and the money for the outstanding item was refunded to me.

Do not buy anything from this store

Initially, when I tracked the package, it consistently showed that only electronic information had been sent, but the package never reached the courier. Consequently, I requested a refund from PayPal. However, the seller later sent me a package in an attempt to prove to PayPal that it had been sent, but upon receiving it, I discovered that half of the items were missing. Despite my efforts to provide PayPal with ample details, they continuously ask for more information. This process has repeated four times, and I have grown weary of pursuing this matter over a mere 8 euro issue. At this point, I have decided to give up.

Please don’t order from this stores. I would have read the reviews before placing the order now we are facing issues reaching them. They sent only half of the products and not all the products included in the invoice and no response to the emails too. I think it’s total scam.
