Polite and helpful

Company run and operated by motorcyclist's. Robert & Brian were real helpful all along for a rental! Would rent again to ride Scotland instead of mile munching up here.

Excellent service and really nice team, highly recommended. The only reason for 4 star instead of 5 is that it was a bit expensive in my opinion

I had no real expectations on this trip. I preface that by saying I had never been to Scotland before and had no idea what to expect.

Loved staying in the smaller towns and in the really cool inns out in the countryside.

The reason I did not give them 5 stars is really because some of the planned stops for breaks were not open due to lack of staff. No fault of McTours just a frustration.

Mctours are your Goto when hiring motorbike at west highlands. I had the best experience. The bike was in great condition and I had wonderful experience with the staff - Brian was much helpful and friendly and took care everything I needed

Brian Watson, the owner of McTours Ltd. had two excellent Triumph motorbikes ready for us. Excellent condition, a lot of brand-new extras like Navi, tank bag etc. was available, he made us a very nice offer for the package. He also gave us a lot of useful information and as he is an experienced bike tour guide in UK and on the continent, he is THE person to contact for NC500 rental bikes. Took a tour of Scotland in 2025. Very enjoyable, Brian had all the logistics worked out (Ferries!!!) and knew all the great roads. The rental bikes were kept in great condition and the hotels were very nice. I would highly recommend this tour!!

Brian organised the NC500 for our group & did a fantastic job in securing great cost effective accommodation as well as taking us off route to cover beautiful scenery that most miss when sticking to the NC500. He took the pain & stress out of herding cats & I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

I was touring with McTour year 2017 in Spain, Andulacia. The trip was well plan, very good routes, good food and very relaxing high quality hotel. Am a 5”2 short legs female. The owner has carefully chose a bike that suited my height, all stops and parking was well considered and planned. I was very well looked after. It was a amazing trip, am planing to join McTour for another trip in year 2019. If you are looking for bike trip, look no further!! Highly recommended.

I first met Brian in France. I was riding with my mates to the Loire Valley and he was heading to Dordogne. He suggested we consider a few changes to our route and boy oh boy was he right. It turned a good trip into a great one. In 2011 we joined him in Scotland and that was a blast. Next in 2013 I joined him for a tour in Provence and in 2015 to the Amalfi Coast, Italy. Most recently in 2017 I toured with McTours in Andalusia. I'm already booked for the Tyrol tour in 2019. Brian's attention to details means that a McTours motorcycle trip is expertly planned. You see great places. The hotels are the best in the area. Overall McTours deliver exceptional service.
