Always forgetting to deliver, but always says they have on line, and if you don't query your order than you'll be charged.
Website is a mess, altho much better than what it was a few month's ago. Brand new look but still old and dated system.
Put a hold on your account and they still deliver, charge and when questioned said would refund, still not got it.
Expensive and nothing to show for it!

All started well till I had a missed…
All started well till I had a missed part of a delivery , then it went downhill.
I asked for a refund of which they said would be added had a credit, I said I don’t want a credit I want a refund. They said it wasn’t possible and after being passed to different people ( one was extremely rude) and quoting my consumer rights- they agreed to a refund of £8.29 , 2 weeks later £2.99 was sent to my bank. Had numerous arguments over the phone with different people who didn’t seem to have a clue what was going on. Finally they agreed to send me the balance.
I’ve waited 2 weeks for it but nothing, so I’ve drawn a line under it and cancelled my Direct Debit and go back to my local Tesco- .60p+ a litre cheaper.
BEWARE- this company is a nightmare to deal with

We're sorry to hear that part of your order was missed. While our usual procedure is to apply a credit to the account for any missing items, we completely understand that you requested a refund instead. Your preference should have been listened to and actioned appropriately.
It's also disappointing to hear about the back-and-forth conversations you had while trying to resolve the refund request. Refunds typically take 7-10 working days to reach your account, so we understand your frustration that the refund did not appear as expected. We are particularly concerned by your comments regarding a rude interaction with one of our team members and that, despite a refund being agreed, it was never received. We appreciate how this would lead to a loss of confidence in our service and ultimately result in you cancelling both your Direct Debit and your account.
We have reached out for further information so that we can investigate exactly what went wrong and work towards resolving the matter for you.
Once again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us improve the service we provide to our customers.
BLATENT LIES - SALES TACTICS
Had a visit from a sales rep. He stated Mcqueens would drop off some free milk and if we liked it a member of staff would then call to see if we wanted to set up a regular order and payment.
Aslight MISTRUTH which has got me really irked. I reality the first milk delivery was not free and is paid in arrears.
SUCH A PITY THAT YOUR SALES REP BLATENTLY LIED. IF THIS WASN'T THE CASE I WOULD BE A CUSTOMER AND WOULD HAVE SET UP REGULAR DELIVERY.
As I am sso livid with this tactic I am going to enjoy your '' free'' milk that you dropped off and have blocked your number. WELL DONE FOR LOSING MY POTENTIAL CUSTOM
Oh and look at other 1 star reviews surprise surprise.
If you have the decency to give me an email address we could maybe resolve this. Until such time, the free milk will taste even better!
UPDATE. Not only have mcqueens failed to provide me with an email address so I can follow up with my complaint, they are now hounding me by phoning me every day. Calls have been blocked so good luck with that. What a sad state of affairs and to think I quite liked the potential service and would be a customer now if it wasn't for their lying sales tactics

It is unacceptable that one of our representatives said that the first delivery would be free to try. To clarify, we offer a trial period where customers can try our products at a cost and a member of our team would be in touch to set up a weekly order.
