McDonalds at Folkestone services

You always have a long wait for your food at this branch of McDonalds, it's meant to be fast food. It doesn't seem to matter what time you go in or even if there aren't many customers waiting inside. They just don't have enough staff on, it's not fair on the staff that are there they are doing their best.

Eye witness says it was Lady Cleaning tables that stole it, she says no, staff refuse to review CCTV , police not interested

Seems McDonalds are aware, but do nothing

I recently went to have lunch at McDonald's. I'm Italian and I expected a much better fast food. Compared to Italy the sandwiches are very different and they have completely different drinks. I liked the nuggets a lot. Overall I can say that if I had to go back to England and I had to go to McDonald's I would only take the nuggets.

If I could give no stars I would so order from mcdonalds app for delivery from 724 Chester road erdington mcdonalds ordered over 40 pound worth of food where do i start the wrap was stale chicken was stone cold lettuce was just scraps fries were stone cold i also ordered the philly cheese this was totally missing then I ordered the new loaded mcflurry only to be sent jaffa cake mcflurry which im allergic too so I called mcdonalds asked to speak to the manager only to be fobbed off told to speak to customer service on the app which doesn't work only a robot to talk to and get no where so I called back up mcdonalds where my order was dispatched from only 7 minutes from when my order was delivered to basically be told the same again told the manager it wasn't working and the manger put the phone down when did mcdonalds get this bad price gone up so much food gone down hill bad even cant get the order right and when you want something to be done like replacement order they tell you to buy another meal this is not right I will be contacting trading standards in the morning i even informed the manager I had the receipt and informed him I could bring all the food back but still nothing done so now im out of pocket food I can't eat and still no one will help

Fell off bad. Chicken’s greasy and cold, fries taste stale, and the biscuits dry as a rock. Service is slow, and the workers act like they don’t even wanna be there. Last time, they messed up my order and didn’t even care. Not wasting my money here again.

growing up is realizing mcdonald's was never good, it's too expensive considering they give you low quality food and the only reedeming part is the coke and maybe the Mcflurry but other than that i never want to visit a mcdonald's again, the food is not good and unhealthy.

Never go to the McDonald's in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania address 2518 W Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15226. Horrible location, went there to pick up some food for the family and I ordered my dad a diet coke because he is a diabetic. I only ordered him a diet coke. It wasn't a big order to, it was only 6 McChickens, 1 large frie, 1 sweat tea, 1 chocolate milkshake and 1 large diet coke. When I go thru a drive thru to order I have a plan I follow. How I order is just like I typed it in so its easier for to be no mistakes. After I got the order there was no diet coke, it was a sprite and it wasn't even the right size. I told them it was wrong and instead of correcting it they wanted to argue I drove away and many people I know after telling them never go to that location again. For people who work there and want good money you would think they would get someone's order right or if they made a mistake fix it but nope all arguing and no customer service.

I recently visited the McDonald's in Lawrenceburg with my family, and I feel compelled to share my experience. While I appreciate the convenience and familiarity of this fast-food chain, I was deeply concerned about the quality of the food I received.

During our visit, I noticed what appeared to be mold on the egg in my order. Thankfully, I checked it before my toddler son could eat it, but the thought of him consuming something potentially harmful is extremely troubling. This is completely unacceptable from any restaurant, and especially from a well-known establishment like McDonald's.

Food safety should be a top priority, and I urge the management to take immediate action to ensure that all food items are thoroughly checked for quality before being served. I hope my experience is taken seriously, as no customer should have to worry about the safety of their food.

I order 35 pounds of McDonald’s in Colindale when i get home one burger missing and all the chips and other burger look and taste very bad chips super dry no hot at all and the chicken select I bought 9 super dry cold and no meat sorry this who’s my last time eating McDonald sorry but horrible

The latest Big Mac is tasteless and the Bun ruins it.
It should not be called a Big Mac with the changes. Won’t keep buying these. Why change a classic. Not sure about the Chicken Nuggets either??
Also the McDonald’s at Chester Road Tyburn, Erdington, B’ham!! Rarely has Milkshakes, cold Chips and Apple pie.
If McDonald’s Uk allow this to continue they will end up like TGi Fridays. Awful experience these days will not rush back

Wrong food order Hamburger happy meal and cheeseburger ! Give us happy meal but no cheese burger told the girl then girl took back what she had given us opened it up hands all over hamburger then wrapped it all up again and give us it back then gave us cheese burger but when started eating them only tomato sauce on burgers no mustard or onions and no sauces in bag or straw to drink with. Tried complaining to mcdonalds direct but just fobbed off with virtual assistant and phone number that just rang out .

Ordered a delivery on the App for breakfast, food was very poor quality, not happy

i wanted a whopper but then i bought a vegan big mac and then i tried to take a bite and a lump of dog poo fell into my mouth i then saw a zesty worker sexually harassing a seagull she identified as a pencil sharpener

Tonight in Lancaster McDonalds near the motorway.
Ordered 9 chicken nuggets, got 7, ordered two strawberry milkshakes got half chocolate half strawberry in both. Maybe the overweight “manager” with the manky mop style hair should have checked the orders instead of trying to show off in front of the young girls who worked there by belittling a male staff member for being away from the prep area too long. Dont eat here, grotty food from grotty staff.

I never seem to learn; against my better judgement I called in again and was appalled. Do yourselves a huge favour and stay away from the absolutely disgusting poor excuse of a "Bacon Roll" go to a local cafe and treat yourself to something delicious, ...... I will NEVER eat McDonald's junk food again, it really is the most awful food I have ever come across.

una volta arrivato sul viale una puzza d'immondizia, entri nel locale odore di mancanza di pulizia, tavoli e sedie sporchi, pensavo può capitare ma dopo un po di volte che ho frequentato il locale sempre le stesse osservazioni erano uguali, panini gusto d'immondizia, patatine fredde Molli e senza sale, Coca Cola sgasata, e per finire fatto pure colazione il cappuccino te lo portano freddo e certe volte nel bicchiere di cartone. Passiamo al personale:
Il servizio disorganizzato completamente pessimo, locale angusto, personale scortese,le persone ti superano senza pensarci una volta, le ordinazioni date a cazzo di cane, senza controllare se se il numero assegnato è giusto,
Ed infine se parliamo dei bagni se si possono definire così, sono fogne al cielo aperto, andateci per costatare.
il Mac Donalds RAGUSA non è da declassare e da chiudere i battenti.

Preferisco quello di Siracusa.... il Mac Donald's piu controllato.

Once you arrive on the avenue, a stench of garbage hits you. Upon entering the establishment, there's an odor of lack of cleanliness, dirty tables and chairs. I thought it could happen occasionally, but after a few visits, the observations remained the same – tasteless burgers, cold and limp fries without salt, flat Coca Cola. To top it off, even the breakfast experience was disappointing, with cold cappuccino served in a sometimes cardboard cup. Let's move on to the staff:

The service is completely disorganized and terrible, the place is cramped, and the staff is rude. People pass by without a second thought, and orders are taken haphazardly without checking if the assigned number is correct. The Mac Donald's RAGUSA is not worth recommending and should consider shutting down.
And finally if we talk about the bathrooms if you can define them that way, they are sewers in the open sky, go there to see.
I prefer the one in Syracuse... the more controlled McDonald's.

Yet again an incomplete order. Missing 4 pineapple sticks. No straws and cheese dipper things were cold. From the Bridlington branch they always miss milk out for tea or forget altogether. 2 days ago they missed my coffee. You never get a refund so zi think it’s time I gave MacDonalds a miss
