Following a stay between 1-9 May 2026

Following a stay between 1-9 May 2026, I raised concerns to Mccauslands regarding the conduct of the driver who attended to our vehicle. Upon both arrival and collection of the vehicle by the employee, the employee appeared impatient and repeatedly pressured my husband to hurry "wheres the keys" while we were attempting to organise ourselves and our belongings before handing over the car.

During this interaction, the employee commented on one of our cases by saying, “What’s in here, the kitchen sink?” I replied that I was packing for a baby, to which he responded, “You should have left him at home.” I found this comment unnecessary and highly inappropriate. To think this is the attitude towards people with children is... disgusting.

The overall manner and attitude displayed towards us came across as arrogant and dismissive. Didn't receive as much as an apology when I raised this with the Operations Manager Ross.

Dashcams interfered with

We parked 2 cars here during a holiday to Cyprus. No major issues with the staff however when we got back to the cars BOTH dashcams were facing the sky and one had been disconnected, strange that staff are even touching the cars in that way but luckily the volvo app was able to show me exactly when they car had been turned on and moved and it hadnt been taken for a joyride. The only reason to do this would be to make it harder to check if the staff had hit anything. Not very professional.

Got car back on 19th March straight…

Got car back on 19th March straight away noticed all heating controles had been adjusted to high and blower full on looks like someone had been getting warm in the car while i was away. Petrol gauge was lower than it should have been plus a few crumbs on the back seat looks like they had lunch there. Wont use them again.

Dear Management,

Dear Management,

I am writing to make a formal and sincere complaint regarding repeated issues I have experienced with your service. I do not usually leave reviews or complaints, but the ongoing problems and, more importantly, the manner in which customers—particularly elderly customers—have been treated has left me deeply concerned.

A few weeks ago, after returning from a holiday, I had spoken positively about your business and recommended it to friends as a reliable and stress-free place to park. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been entirely different.

Last week, I brought my 86-year-old mother to your facility and paid in advance for her car to be valeted while she was away on a short trip. When we returned, the car had not been valeted at all. Staff had to go outside to check and discuss among themselves why it hadn’t been done. At that stage, the reason was irrelevant—we simply wanted to get home, and the service we had paid for was not delivered.

Once again, there was no shuttle bus waiting when we came outside, which has become a recurring issue. Despite this, we decided to give your business another chance and booked several vehicles for a subsequent holiday.

On this occasion, we again came outside to find no bus present. Two Park and Fly buses arrived instead. My son had to run to collect our vehicle himself while we waited, and he loaded all the suitcases in the waiting area. When your bus eventually arrived, it was overcrowded. The driver asked elderly passengers to get off the bus, stating that they were not covered by insurance and that he could get into trouble. I offered my seat to an elderly passenger.

When we tried to make reasonable suggestions about who could step off the bus to resolve the situation, the driver’s response was, “Whatever, I don’t care.” His attitude was dismissive, rude, and completely unacceptable. He then drove in a reckless manner, which only added to the stress of the situation.

While I was at the counter collecting keys, further complaints were being voiced by other customers. One young staff member was pleasant and said he would speak to the driver, but this behaviour should never have occurred in the first place.

Several family members—including my son, his girlfriend, and my brother—have also used your service recently, paid in full, and experienced similar issues. Years ago, I remember cars being ready, warmed up, and waiting—something I always appreciated. That standard of service is clearly no longer being upheld.

It would not take a great deal to address these issues: proper bus scheduling, respectful communication, and staff who understand that customer service—especially toward older customers—is non-negotiable. Unfortunately, your service appears to be going downhill, and unless significant changes are made, I will be using Park and Fly in the future.

I am making this complaint because I am genuinely concerned about how your business is being run and how customers’ vehicles are being handled while they are away. I strongly suggest management meet with staff and listen to customer feedback before more people are lost.

Bad manners and disrespect, particularly toward elderly customers, are simply not acceptable.

I hope this complaint is taken seriously and results in meaningful improvements.

Yours sincerely,

we arrived from geneva 10.30 approx 28/12/

Shocking

Shocking. Shocking Shocking. We are in Gran Canaria and my 78 year old wife took a terrible fall and has been in hospital for a week and they will fly her home next week by private plane and straight into the Royal.
Rang McCauslands due home on the 6 th, what could we do, No Problem said the guy pay an Extra £9.00 a day for however long it takes, no sympathy no compassion no help, told me if my car was not taking up the space they would loose the business on that particular space. Unbelievable, I explained my wife’s predicament and our age, he would not budge.
I just hope Mr McCausland is proud of his staff and really needs the Extra 9 pounds a day.
In Comparison the Hotel, Hospital, staff and people here in Spain would shame McCauslands.
Incidentally we have used the parking for years.

I would strongly advise caution when…

I would strongly advise caution when using McCausland Car Parking.

I made a booking which their own app displayed incorrectly. Before leaving my car, I raised this with a member of staff who reassured me it was a known glitch and that my booking was correct. Despite this, when I returned I was treated extremely rudely and dismissively by another staff member, who openly laughed at the situation, undermined his colleague, and then charged me an additional £9.

When I raised a formal complaint, the company’s response was to shift the blame onto me, dismiss my concerns, and mark the matter as “closed” — even though I had followed their staff’s advice in good faith.

This experience has left me with serious concerns about their professionalism, customer service, and integrity.

We went in and waited for 5 mins just…

We went in and waited for 5 mins just to get in.Then we had to wait outside for at least 10 minutes for the next bus to come. Then when the bus came we had to sit for 20minutes because they HAD to wait for people to get on.On the way back they had said there was a bus waiting outside for us and there was no bus and when we phoned them 3 times they didn’t answer. After a 20 minute wait we finally got on but people with suitcases who had already loaded couldn’t get on the bus as people with hand luggage had already gotten on and some people had wait for the next bus to come.Awful , awful service would not recommend😡😡

At 83 and 75 we are no chickens!

at 83 and 75 we are no chickens and we often find travelling by car to an airport a bit challenging not to mention an anxiety generator. That is why we have really appreciated the car parking service from McCauslands over recent years as it provides us with an easy, comfortable and efficient service. From dropping the car off and their bus dropping us of at the airport, to collecting us on arrival and handing us back our car, nothing could be any better. We are happy to share and provide this review so that others can benefit from a great service.

Theives. Avoid

I used the airport parking and valet service at this location last week and had a deeply troubling experience. After handing over my keys and leaving my car for three evenings, I returned and upon leaving immediately discovered that money £90 was missing from my car.

£80 of cash was left, I imagine in the hope that I would not realise any cash was missing.

I immediately reported the issue, but I’ve received no resolution. The company claim to have looked into this but state the customer is liable for any valuables left in their car.

Avoid this company at all costs as you are liable for theft.

Buyer Beware

Read the Terms and Conditions. On collecting my car, I was surprised that my dash cam had been disconnected. It happens at hand-over of the car "to maintain the security of the Car Park" but means there is no record if any damage occurs and possibly compromises your insurance policy. Moreover, if any damage happens it must be notified at the time of pick-up so possibly after a long journey, late at night, in poor lighting and inclement weather, you need to inspect your vehicle.

The company "reserve the right to drive or otherwise take your Vehicle onto a public highway. You should ensure that there is sufficient fuel in the Vehicle to enable us to move or relocate the Vehicle under paragraph 17.1 and 17.2. You will be charged for the cost of any fuel that we are required to put in the Vehicle in order to move or relocate same."

Heads they win, tails you lose. There are cheaper alternatives which respect the customer more adequately. From the poor overall Trustpilot rating, it seems I am not the only disgruntled customer.

Had thought about getting an oil change…

Had thought about getting an oil change when booking parking where price stated £60 on the website. I asked them to check first if it was needed. Website says they will not do any work without phoning first for authorisation. When I came back they had gone ahead and I was handed a bill for over three times that amount. They didn’t phone me at any stage and the incredibly rude “manager” said I I wasn’t getting my car back until I paid. (It was after 10pm at night). After making me wait he handed me the key and told me they had already taken the money from my credit card. An absolute shower. Avoid them
At all costs.

BEST PLACE TO PARK AT BELFAST INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

I park at McCauslands several times in the year for over 10 years+. Quick, efficient and competitively priced. Shuttle bus always within a few minutes to transfer to the Terminal. Bus always waiting to collect us on return, show QR code at the desk and away within seconds to collect your car...brought out by staff and usually within around 50-100 yards from the office! 5☆ service!

Arrived at 5am on Saturday morning

Arrived at 5am on Saturday morning, there must have been 20+ cars queuing in front of me causing traffic chaos on the main road. Fortunately I had given plenty of time to arrive at the airport but certainly didn’t expect a 30 minute queue at mccauslands. Shambolic and stressful, sort it out!

I SHOULD HAVE BELIEVED ALL THE BAD REVIEWS.

Left the car only 3 and a half days in perfect condition to find many mechanicals problems with it...I coudn't even drive home with it.

Blaming that "women don't check on things", "love this things happen" when I recently had the MOT....Pretty misoginistic comments.

I SHOULD HAVE BELIEVED ALL THE BAD REVIEWS.

CHOOSE A CAR PARK WHERE YOU PARK THE CAR AND YOU TAKE THE KEY WITH YOU.
