I paid 280$ for two items and they billed me 118$ for the custom. This is so disappointing. I ordered from your USA website and you delivered from Italy. Why you didn’t deliver from USA??? since you have a physical store in USA. If you mentioned clearly when I order , I can cancel it. Because your store just 5 minutes walking distance to my home. I bought the MC2 Saint Barth for my daughter and its missing one of the rings for the longer strap. MC2 Saint Barth didnt send me a replacement, instead the only option they gave is to send it back for a refund.

Import duty this time and quality not quite where it was
Order Saint Barth stuff before but from somewhere else (not direct)
Order came quickly and what I wanted (however after 3 wears the transfer looks faded on this order but my original order a while ago looks better)
But main thing is I got a FedEx customs bill 2 weeks later for about £66 which if I knew I wouldn’t have ordered directly. Usually I’ve had to pay the import before getting the item so this bill makes the order very expensive. So like the product but this bit is very annoying especially when paying quite a lot of money for what it is.
