Need to improve delivery services
The quality of the products I received appears to be as expected, although only time will tell how well they perform in the long run.
However, the express delivery service did not meet my expectations. I placed my order on June 1st and was informed that it would arrive on June 5th. Based on that information, I arranged to be at home to receive the delivery. Unfortunately, nobody came on the scheduled date, and I was only informed at the last minute that there was an issue with my order. The package eventually arrived on June 8th in the afternoon.
In the end, I had to collect the order myself from the vendor on June 11th.
I find an 8-day delivery period excessive for a service advertised as “express delivery.” It makes me wonder how long the delivery would have taken if had a standard shipping option.
It is also worth noting that we are talking about a luxury brand based in the European Union. Given the company’s premium positioning and reputation, I expected a level of service that would match the quality and exclusivity of its products. Unfortunately, the delivery experience fell well below those expectations.

No U.S. exchanges allowed. Boo
I purchased online via an Instagram ad. Love the product, but size was too big. They don’t allow exchanges when purchased in the U.S., even though they sell in the U.S. That’s a terrible policy which I’ve never had with another online vendor. Their response, “you didn’t read the policy.” If you SELL in the U.S., you should allow exchanges in the U.S.
