Beware of Tim Short of Maysville

Bought a 2025 Chrysler Pacifica from this dealership. After an hour of the sales staff trying to sell me the vehicle using old school, unscrupulous sales tactics, we finally came to an agreed upon deal. Once I finally got to finance, the person doing my paperwork wouldn't stop talking about her personal life. I was in this office for an hour when it should have only been a few minutes. Somehow, she managed to slip in an extended warranty I didn't agree to. My bad, but the diversion tactics and rambling on distracted me from seeing it was added to the contract. This cost me an additional $3500 for something I'll never use since the dealership is 2+ hours away from me.
Once the deal was done and I was ready to take delivery, the salesperson Trey never went over the vehicle with me. I asked a couple of simple questions about the vehicle and he couldn't answer them.
As I was leaving, Trey asked me for my email address so he could send my information for the trial subscriptions that came with the van. I gave him the email address, and he proceeded to make up a fake email for me and forged my signature on a checklist for the subscriptions. I wasted so much time with Sirius and Chrysler trying to rectify this.
It has been well over two weeks and my trade in has not been paid off either.
I can't in good conscious recommend this place to anyone, it has been the worst car buying experience that I have ever been through!
