Whilst the sales pitch and the concept of the investment strategies from Mayfair is attractive, much of it is based on lies, deception and back-handers. The primary "shadow" director (currently bancrupt) of this company is working only for himself and if he gets his hands on your money, you will not see it again. This business is a giant Ponzi scheme built on a house of cards. DO NOT fall for their sales pitch or the lies. It appears too good to be true – and it is.
I (along with many more people) have lost a considerable amount due to outright lies, fraud and deception.

DO NOT INVEST your money with this snake Paul. His name is Paul Guizekamp and is con man. Look him up on Google everyone. He has ruined our life and ran off with our money. He is a pathological liar. All the investors are in court right now. We are doing our best to get him behind bars for fraud. He will take your money and never respond back or make up stories. We wish the worst karma on him. He has 2 kids and this guy has no heart. Stay away from him and he is still running his scam Facebook ads. We are hoping the liquidators can get us some money back atleast. We will pray everyday for the worst karma on him. He has ruined so many innocent peoples lives. Hope god will punish him for this. If only our justice system was better to help us from evil people like him. Worst experience of my life.

I have lost a considerable amount due to poor development management and communication. The developer Mayfair recommended/arranged went bankrupt and the remains of the development at that point were not worth the plan paper they were written on.

Worst experience I have had in my life and can't believe they are still allowed to trade. The principal behind this company can not be trusted. Do not invest your money here!!! Whatever you are told, please, please, please, do not engage with them and save yourself!
