Waiting time for the bag was much longer than expected. The effect was that at the same time the bag was offered with a discount. Un unhappy event. I expect a refund.

The experience was generally good
The experience was generally good. The items ordered arrived with a two week delay. But I was informed by the company that there would be a delay of ten days, due to shortages in Britain. The items were requested from the warehouse in Italy. So the delay was longer than predicted. Also, I did not receive an email to inform me that the items were on their way. I was informed that I would receive an email.
The products are of high quality and they were very well packaged.
I am not sure of the exact date of the experience. But it was in January 2025.
I am adding to my review on 4th February 2025 that I have now received an excellent reply from the company regarding my customer experience review.

Great bag, great communication!
Some delays in delivery when ordered during high season. Customer service did a wonderful job by proactively informing me along the way.
I am impressed by the quality of the bag, from the leather that is used to the finishing and the seams. All really good quality.
