If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I bought the 10oz gloves wraps & pads as a set & realised during delivery it was the wrong size so sent gloves immediately back with the delivery & didn't accept parcel, it's been over a month & still no refund or anything. Maxx are saying until gloves are returned by their guys they chose to deliver nothing can be done. I asked for the correct size glove set & they will not send

This company sent out a lovely quality punch bag which was received promptly before Christmas. Unfortunately it was too small for my teenaged son and therefore I sold it on rather than going through the hassle and expense of returning it. I ordered a bigger one which I have been waiting for since 23rd December. Unfortunately this company use Yodel who are extremely unreliable. We received the stand for the punch bag but once I realised it wasn't the full order the driver had gone. Yodel were supposed to deliver the 2nd parcel on 23rd December but nothing arrived despite waiting in all day. My son therefore did not have his much longed for Christmas present, it is fortunate that he no longer believes in Father Christmas and is a lovely child who wouldn't allow it to spoil our Christmas. On 2nd January a Yodel driver provided a fraudulent "proof of delivery" photo which showed a small plastic bag which could not possibly be a 5 foot punch bag as it bore no resemblance to the one delivered in December. I can only surmise that the driver stole the actual package and tried to cover this by taking a picture of a random parcel. Despite regular communications from Maxstrength faithfully promising to rectify the mistakes made I still haven't received a tracking number for the new order (the last tracking number is registered as delivered on the Yodel app!) despite Maxstrength checking which of my neighbours they can deliver to. I would return the punching bag stand however I do not want the hassle and expense of doing this even if I can get the money returned afterwards. The original product delivered was excellent quality and I still hope to receive the new order to finally give my son his main Christmas present.

Despite 5 emails and a phone number that doesn't exist I am unable to get an answer as to where the base to my punchbag is that hasn't arrived is. Not impressed with this company at all.Until I update this comment I strongly suggest you folks shop else where.
