I love Maxstar shoes- but the company itself is awful. Numerous times got wrong items, had to contact PayPal to fix, since they never ever ever ever respond to emails. Ever. But because I love the sneakers I persevere. Not anymore. Last 2 orders never arrived. Had to get refunds thru PayPal- they never even bothered to respond to PayPal’s request for info. But the website is still up, waiting to scam the next clients. They SUCK
I have ordered in the past with no problem. I put the order on nov 3rd , its still waiting . I e-mail no replies. I hope they are not ripping people off.
I have ordered shoes from Maxstar the last 6 years with no problems. But this time I ordered my usual shoes, paid extra for fast delivery. The have taken my money, but no shoes and no response when emailing!!
Placed an order Oct 4th. 2020 Their website stated $12 for 4 to 5 day shipping via FEDEX. Finally received item one month later , shipped via Korea Post. Received incorrect item. Their website states free return shipping if incorrect item received. No way to return item. Contacted company via email on how to return item. Waited 2 weeks . No response. Scammed out of $66.00
Do not buy from this website. I'm in Australia. Ordered and paid via PayPal everything went smoothly and appeared normal but my order is still showing awaiting fulfillment. 4 weeks later. When I emailed them on their help@maxstarstore it bounced back saying not known. Emailed them multiple times through contact us link on their website and have had no reply.
