Well I ordered the ringixdo doorbell…
Well I ordered the ringixdo doorbell camera it arrived 2 weeks later.
The product packaging was sellotaped so I was suspicious of the product however looked ok.
When trying to connect the product to wi fi this was impossible so we advised company & they asked for video evidence.
We sent the evidence & we got no correspondence from them after 3 attempts they just appolagised & said they had escalated this.
However still no contact.
I have asked for a refund due to faulty goods & they said they will send another doorbell again 2 week wait. & just keep the faulty one.
I have already purchased a doorbell as it was needed so don't require this.
The company has done everything to avoid contact or refund & now want me to return the product .
An absolutely awful company to deal with. Do not make a purchase as if you have an issue they do not want to resolve it in any reasonable time frame. When goods are faulty refund should be sent straight away.
This was on a best product review & just did not work.
