Useless Customer Service

Every time I tried ordering from this website my order was cancelled due to “fraud”— doesn’t matter what card, address, or email I used. Even other people tried. All cancelled within minutes. Customer service didn’t help going so far as to saying they don’t know what could be triggering the system. Didn’t help at all and simply pointed us to Amazon to make the purchase there instead.
Sketchy and WEAK service.

Faulty crib replaced by proactive support

I bought a sleep next to me via a company which no longer operates and it turned out the bed was faulty. It tilted easily leading to my baby sliding to one side. As the seller no longer exists, I contacted maxicosi Spain direct via their website chat, got distracted and noticed the chat was later gone. They reached out to me via mail however and after providing evidence and the purchase invoice, they sent me a new crib. All very swift. So I was absolutely pleasantly surprised by the proactive and helpful support.

Being ghosted by customer service

Deine Anfrage [n° 01648895] [ ref:!00D240ivSi.!500QD0UpQSH:ref ]

I have purchased two e-Safety Sitzauflage for our two Maxi Cosi’s. These need to be installed by downloading the App from Maxi Cosi and following the instructions. Unfortunately the app is not working and I keep receiving a notification that says “There was an error in your request please reload”. I have an iPhone 12 and my husband has an iPhone 15. We both tried it and we both get the same notification.

Due to this issue I have been trying to get in contact with the customer service of Maxi Cosi for a while. You cannot get in contact with them by phone but instead have to fill out a form and then they will get back to you.

I did this and on the 6th of March and on the 7th of March I wrote them another e-mail that I need help. On the 11th of March I receive an e-mail from an employee to which I reply the 12th of March at 08:53 in the morning. It is the the 14th of March now and am extremely disappointed. I assume Maxi Cosi will, again, need 5 days before they reply to my e-mail again. With this speed maybe we should go back to using pigeons to communicate again, because I honestly do not see the point in using e-mail if it takes 5 days to reply..

This customer service experience is absolutely not acceptable! Especially if you consider the fact that we customers mostly buy their products through dealers and usually have 14 days to decide if we keep a product or not.

I by now have to make the decision to send the product back and receive my refund through the dealer or keep my hopes up of ever receiving an answer from a customer service that does not have acceptable service levels. What a pity..

The worst customer service and indeed…

The worst customer service and indeed company. We bought a pram less than 12 months ago, and we need to replace its bar handle. We contacted them, and they said they do not have it because the pram production line has stopped. Every Maxi-Cosi product has a year warranty when it is purchased, and I wonder how they stopped producing parts, given they sold some products that are still under warranty.

Now, they place my child in danger and push me to purchase another pram for my little one. They rapidly change their models and stop their products. I will take legal action against this company. I hope that no one buys their products in the UK.

Baby trolley that doesn't work properly..no help from the company.

I ordered the baby trolley through Amazon because maxi cosi didn't deliver directly to my location. Now when I have problem with the product, by the way I recommended this same trolley at the start to my other family member too,and she had the same problem that the front wheels get blocked, sometimes just out of nowhere it gets stuck or just for some little Rock or some different material of the floor, really uncomfortable and have to always be ready for it that the baby doesn't get hurt.So anyway I tried to contact amazon, they said I have to contact maxi cosi,so I did that.Maxi cosi sent me back to amazon and so on ... so finally both parties told me they can't do anything about it. So with them everything is good until there is no problem when you have a problem you are left alone with it.So have to buy a new trolley from a someone else as maxi cosi is not reliable.Really disappointing as we are talking about a baby's trolley what is non functional. DON'T RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM.
