Very professional, responsive and reasonable attitude to product queries and changing order requirements.

I ordered a tablet charger. It arrived in a reasonable time. I had wondered after a few days if it had been dispatched so contacted them. Someone emailed me quickly with a with a royal mail tracking number so was pleased with that. It arrived as expected and was exactly as described.

Ordered two items and paid for express 24 - 48 hour delivery - both items shown as in stock on website. Received email next day to say one item out of stock. Finally received parcel late only to find that they had sent a totally different item to the one ordered. When I contacted them, it transpired that the second item was also out of stock so they decided to send a totally different item (that was also cheaper than the item I ordered yet still charged full price!). Initially tried to pretend that supplier would have to agree to take item back before refund would be issued. Did 'agree' to take item back after pointing out they had no choice but to accept return under distance selling regulations but very, very slow with refund - required several emails. Very very poor - I've never experienced a company unilaterally deciding to send an alternative item to the one ordered; will certainly never go anywhere near this company again.

Awful service, accepted order, then no stock, then appalling level of customer service - not saying whether order pending or cancelled, then replied with one word - "CANCELLED". Avoid - clearly an amateur company.

Excellent service

I ordered a BenQ projector from Mavit on Sunday evening and it arrived on Wednesday morning. They kept me informed of the progress in between and have been very helpful. Well done Mavit for making shopping on line so easy.

Item on their Google search result, website and checkout page was £88. Went through Sagepay at £133!
Asked why my curt one line answer was `prices were updated this morning`
I then requested for a re-fund for the difference as the lower price was advertised to be told `No thats the price you checked out`
It seems I`ve been conned out of £45.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Ordered a StarTech Dock and received the item in super record time, the goods were well packaged and in top notch order so I couldn't fault the service or goods. Will definitely order from them again in future.

I had to replace a broken laptop screen that a child decided to stand on. After taking the old laptop apart I found the screen part and searched the gods of google for the cheapest... and Mavit came up trumps. Their website isn't as sexy or shiny as their competitors, but they deliver exactly where needed... cheap screens, fast service, and packaged really well for delivery.

God help if I ever have to replace a screen again... but if I do, I know exactly where to go first!

This is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with.

They sent me the wrong thing then refused to exchange because I had opened the box. I bought an i5 hi-spec computer for £500 and was sent an archaic dual core machine that wasn't worth half what I had paid (had I wanted it, which I didn't). All I wanted was an exchange for what I actually ordered or refund. This was bluntly refused. Saying they wold loose money if they took it back because I had opened the box.

How was I supposed to know I had been sent a totally different machine than the one I'd ordered if I DIDN'T open the box??

I sent it back anyway, by tracked courier as I am sure they would deny receiving it. They still refused to refund so I had to go to my card company to get the money back. After a few weeks I got it back via charge-back.

Then Mavit (AKA Man Enterprises) still tried to get a 25% restocking fee back off my card company! They said it was in their T&C. This was even though they had sent me a different computer than the one I ordered. Fortunately my card company did not give it back.

Mavit, if you send someone the wrong item, no matter what it is, you have to exchange or refund. This is the LAW.

The most unprofessional company you could ever wish to deal with. Avoid at ALL costs.
