The whale cinema was fabulous and the staff were informative. I will definitely tell others its a must do when visiting Maui. We also had an excellent lunch there.

Prompt, courteous service, price.

Called them to attempt to increase the number in our party to become 4 ea; priviously was 2 ea. "Stef", gal, was extremely assistive in checking out the reservation & making the increase of our party, also setup needed data with "Feast At Lele Luau"; then called me back with verbal confirmation & that she had sent Email confirmation material. SHE WAS VERY HELPFULL. :-)

I've done a lot of snorkel tours on maui over the years and by far the best ones are via a pontoon raft and venture to Lanai. I like the relaxed, low key vibe of this tour because it's a smaller boat which allows less people and a more personalized experience. Our guides Emma and Casey were absolutely wonderful and took excellent care of all the guests. They were knowledgeable about the sea life we saw (dolphins, turtles, fish, coral) and most importantly, took safety very seriously. Even though most may consider this a more adventurous and rugged tour, I still felt that we were well taken care of, with delicious snacks including banana bread and reef safe sunscreen provided on board. Emma also took the time to learn every passenger's name which I found added to the overall intimate experience of the trip. When we spotted dolphins she made she we were able to see them for a solid 10 minutes and really encouraged passengers to get a good view and enjoy the wildlife. Turtle town was also an absolute joy. I counted over 14 turtles and other guests saw white tipped reef sharks and an eagle ray. This trip was an absolute joy. If you only have room for one snorkel excursion on your vacation. Let this be the one you choose. You will not regret it.

Super friendly crew and staff. Cruise and overall atmosphere were awesome. The fish entree was okay and the ribs entree was amazing! I would definitely do this again as well as refer others.

The booking was not difficult to do and accessible since we booked through the phone. The table we got was great too. The overall luau was fun and the food was great. A definite must-do in Maui.

Booked parasailing less than 24 hours so I needed to speak to Customer service. Very friendly and booking went very smoothly. Boat crew were friendly and easy to talk to. We had a great experience!

Stef made arranging our trip itinerary effortless!
Stef was great guiding me through different activity packages, from a doors-off Maui/Molokai helicopter tour to a Lahaina sunset champagne sail, while getting me the best price possible. She was like having my own personal travel concierge, arranging each activity, providing a brief description of each event, and promptly emailed my payment and reservation confirmations. She helped ensure my wife and I would have a very memorable Maui adventure. I strongly recommend her friendly knowledgeable services when planning an active and engaged vacation itinerary!

Our Luau reservations was cancelled due to rain. We were told our money paid will be refunded. That was Aug 3. We have not received back any refund up till now.

Good food. Fun instructors. Good instruments.

Liked the call back confirming everything

The experience started out a little bumpy. Our email said boarding at 4:30pm. We arrived at 4:00 pm and were told it would be 5:00pm. Once boarding the experience improved. The music was entertaining. The views were amazing. The food selection was appetizing and the drinks were strong. Overall the experience went well.

Very easy and then I received a phone call to verify the activity and if any further assistance was needed.

Capt Peter and his crew were fantastic! Food was great and the boat wasn’t too crowded. We did the 3 hr afternoon tour and loved every min of it.
