Great watch with premium and luxury finish

Seen my work colleague wearing one of these watches and it kept catching my eye , ordered one and so glad I did , great watch , feels good and looks good , ordered with ease online and quick delivery.

I love the design of the watch and the services is amazing.

Simple and sleek design & packaging and speedy delivery

This was my first time in ordering a watch from your company and was a little sceptical anyway item came quicker than expected and packaged exceptionally well and watch is beautiful will be ordering another one.

The Good - Though the faces were slightly smaller than anticipated they do look quite smart, so generally happy with the 3 colours I purchased.

The Bad - I intended to change to the colour straps from the start, this was not an easy process and the instructions were limited, so this coupled with setting up the clasp was very tedious.

The Ugly - Partly my misunderstanding of how the watch works, but why anyone would design watch that stops when you take it off at night is beyond me, probably one of the most ridiculous things I have seen, needs to reset every time you put it back on.

Overall - They look smart but a lot of faffing around with the watches, you get what you pay for though so cant complain for £152 each, but I wouldn't recommend to others.

Had a Luminex for my 40th Birthday. I have a Tag Formula 1 Aston Martin Special Edition and I genuinely find it hard to decide to which one to wear on a night out. I would suggest buying a Maughan Jones watch now before they go up in the watch world. Cannot argue the watch you get at this price!

I had a couple of small queries about my purchase. I rang about five times, left messages on the website but did not get the courtesy of a reply. I still do not know if the watch should stop if I pull out the crown to the second stop. I still do not know if the poor luminescence is standard. Very poor customer service

The hour hand is out of line, the movement is a very old Miyota 8215,
Time keeping is poor it loses 10 minutes in 48 hours, more money on the watch quality and less on the packaging, the movement and watch body including the strap is available on temu, that's the quality? Don't waste your money on the fancy packaging

I was in doubt about buying a watch from a picture the 1st time, but after receiving my Luminex special edition I was more than pleased. The quality of the watch and even the box it came in blew me away, hence why I now have 4 and the wife has 1 too .

The watch was delivered in just 3 days and I must say the quality is great for the price. I went for the limited edition Luminex version and received a 35% discount. The presentation box and extra strap was an unexpected surprise. Accuracy is OK, but not outstanding, from the Miyota 8215 movement. Overall I'm impressed for the price paid and considering the extras you get I would recommend"taking the plunge".

I loved the watch. It is well made and very beautiful. The packaging (boxes) is well done. However, the accessories that came with the watch are of low quality, which is the only negative point.
