Great service easy to find what I wanted and the delivery service was amazing

Delivery was fast. Arrived on time. Absolutely loved the presentation box. The watch is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you very much.

Not only are the watches beautifully packaged and presented, the customer service surprised me with the attention to detail too.
I ordered an additional strap with a watch, and somebody was attentive enough to notice and point out that the Watch already came with an additional strap - so proactively emailed me and asked me if I wanted to cancel the additional strap and refund the amount before sending it.
That’s demonstrates a lot about a company and says a lot about how they empower their staff.

Save your money and go elsewhere had the watch under a year and the winder has developed a fault, notified customer services over a week ago and adked me to send a video of the fault which I did, still waiting for a reply after 3 days, will report to trading standards.

This is now my 6th Maughan Jones watch and again does not disappoint, for me the best looking especially with the new brown genuine leather strap

Great products with sturdy boxes, easy payment options, quick delivery and the watches looked even better on the wrist.
Will definitely be buying more in the near future.

I saw the positive reviews and I thought that a nice product but their watch never keep the time properly. Their customer service is poor and basically give them £100 to charity

A excellent web site, very quick delivery, a very well made watch and fits and feels very comfortable. I highly recomend them.

Lovely watch – looks great and feels really good quality on the wrist. Unfortunately, removing the strap was almost impossible with the tool provided. I even bought a separate tool and still couldn’t get it off, so I ended up having to take it to Timpsons to get it sorted. Aside from that issue, I’m very happy with the watch itself.

I attempted to purchase a watch using their PayPal option, but was told that there has been a long term “technical issue” preventing PayPal AND ApplePay purchases and will not be available in the near future. They could not provide any details as to when this would be available.
I believe these safe payment options are not actually available at all. This is very suspicious behaviour and possibly a scam.

When I purchased my watch, I had some issue with its size as used to wearing big face watches , so I hesitantly sent it back coz the watch was immaculate but unfortunately a bit small for my arm. Anyway, when I got in touch with the customer support called Angela, she was very helpful and reassured me that it’s absolutely fine and she organised a refund after receiving the item back. It is not common to receive a very welcoming and friendly support from a customer service, most of them were as grumpy as an old lady🤭Angela , you are an angel and keep up the good work x

Lovely watch, attractive, nicely made, fantastic value for money. One small criticism, the steel bracelet is a bit tight if you, (like me), have big wrists but it's still an absolute bargain and a great watch.

The quality of the watch suprised me for the price point.
Come with two straps which was appreciated and it was easy to swap them out.
Delivery was very quick. No issues at all.
I will buy again from them
