Unfortunately delivery was 5 hours over…
Unfortunately delivery was 5 hours over the time which I understand happens. Then only the mattress arrived and I was told it could arrive separately at a later date. A week later still no bed and I’ve finally got through to the live chat to be told because it wasn’t raised within 24 hours it’s void! Not acceptable in my eyes and now I’m down a £320 bed my son hasn’t got his bed to go into until I can save for another one.

We appreciate that a five-hour delay was disappointing, but we understand that delays can occasionally occur. More importantly, we are sorry that only the mattress arrived and that you were subsequently left waiting for the bed.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to then be advised that the matter could not be addressed because it had not been reported within 24 hours. We appreciate that, from your perspective, you were expecting the remaining item to arrive separately and therefore had no reason to believe there was an issue with the order at that stage.
We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, particularly as it has left your son without the bed you had purchased for him. We take your feedback seriously and will be reviewing the circumstances surrounding your order and the communication provided.
