They took my details my documents and said will deal with my copd cause the housing then they acuse me of being a smoker it's the result of the Copd distress

I apply immigration spouse visa through a matrix solicitor from derby. Very very very bad experience. They just trapped customers. Just for spouse visa waiting for 17 months still not result. He didn't fill in my application properly. He takes very lightly. Not concern my mintly stress. With his fault, I lost many things. They are very very very poor with immigration law. I will not recommend anybody join them.

I was involved in an accident with my old company and i had Lucy Weston work my case. Everything was dealt with properly and with me not knowing alot of what to do i was walked through it and advised on everything correctly. I absolutely would use this company again and it is even nicer when they are a local company too. Fast and efficient with details and helpful to talk too

Poor correspondence, poor work, poor result.

Don't deal with Ian!!! Absolutely abysmal...0 communication! Told one thing and nothing happens, told back in November 2023 that court proceedings where being issued , that it would take until May to be concluded! August 2024 arrives..no communication at all since Last November despite leaving emails! I had to contact Ian direct for him to have really non caring attitude as per, that mans tone leaves you with feeling not reassured in the slightest, he tells me 'we can issue court proceedings if I want to? But I probably won't win ( not what I was lead to believe) and that id have to travel to Wrexham to attend!! Bare in mind our last conversation 9mts previous 'court proceedings where going ahead!! And only now because I contact him for an update 'he can proceed 'if I want to with going to court!! This should of been finished with by now with a conclusion!! But I'm chasing Ian as I've heard nothing in 9mts!! Do NOT let Ian take on your case..you'll be fed false information, you'll be doing most of the work yourself!! Total waste of nearly 2yrs!!!

I had a disrepair which has been on going with my landlord Lord from 2020 to 2022 which was not sorted out. Desperate situation I contacted Matrix solicitor’s and my disrepair claim was dealt by Cheryl careless. I was given excellent service by her Also all the disrepair was completed by the landlord with the help of Matrix. I fully recommend their services to anyone who is interested. Amazing team and service. I have had issues with my property for years that our housing association continued to ignore resulting in mold,big leak and ceiling caving in. After years of getting no where I contacted these guys. From day one they got straight to work and kept me updated along the way. A special thank you to Lucy who has been amazing dealing with our case, checking we fully understood the process and fighting our corner. Finally after years we have the work starting on our house next week to make it back into a home, with expenses payout for damaged items. Several years ago i approached Matrix Solicitors to help me deal with housing disrepair and damp issues, as i had enough of dealing direct with my local council.

Ian Wareing took on the case and dealt with every aspect of my housing disrepair complaint, and I have recently been awarded a large damages pay out

I would highly recommend Matrix to anyone who has housing repair/damp/mould etc issues as these guys are on top of their game, and certainly know their stuff

Supposed to be rodent experts but they said its nothing they can help with my flat is rat infested

I had problems with water leaking from my ceiling, and was unable to use my bathroom all christmas and new year due to asbestos and it being unsafe to use the light. The ceiling's in both my bathroom and toilet were propped up to stop them from collapsing. After a month of living like this, feeling ignored and powerless. I contacted Matrix Solicitors from their website to request a call back which happened within the hour, from there they guided me every step of the way. My flat is now being renovated and I have compensation to boot. I would wholeheartedly recommend Matrix Solicitors.

The only issue i have with Matrix, is describing the amount of praise i have for their customer service, in short, 100% and more for their customer service both at their office/on-line, friendly/polite staff, precise and to the point of your case, acting in a total business and professional manner, keeping you informed on the case progress all the time.

Excellent service for personal injury claim would recommend to everyone

I have been fighting the council for seven years as my house was in such bad disrepair. It took Matrix solicitors less than 12 months to fight kht to get all the work done and to receive my compensation so I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart Sarah and her fantastic staff for everything that they did for me because if it wasn't for them I'd of probably been in hospital due to all the stress. My misses cannot hear you on her phone as it is a bad signal when you try to call her as my misses name is kathleen boulton as I think you spoke to her last week as we still live at 210 Berkeley road hay Mills Birmingham B258nn as we have to give a one star because understanding my misses phone is playang up and has a fault in the speakers of her phone being faulty when trying to answer her phone.
