Refund not received after 3 weeks.

I have placed a return on 3rd May 2025. Until now 21st May no refund received. I have sent email with reference of my retour and proof of sending from Post. NL No reponse from Massimo Dutti
Then i followed up with sending what'sapp message, all responses were AI feedback. Asking me to wait somemore & checking email from spam folder. Indeed no email received from them at ll. It is already 3 weeks. Unable to call any one of Massimo Dutti to check at all.
