Ordered two masks for my wife and I,found the site easy to use with a fantastic choice to suit our budget,They would of received 5 stars not 4 if the delivery was not 1 day late.this is me being picky though because the order arrived within the specified time frame.
I ordered a mask for a party and called Stephen to check it would arrive on time, I was told by Stephen my payment would not clear in time for the mask to be sent out to me. Stephen suggested I put the order through again, and he said that he would cancel the first one.
I forgot about it, the masks did turn up - the quality of the masks is about average. Then the payment was taken from my credit card, and from my pay pal account.
I have called and spoken with Stephen for a refund on numerous occasions. I have not even had a sorry let alone a refund!! I have also emailed him about 10 times.
I would not waste your time or energy buying from this company, if something does go wrong you will not get a refund from Stephen at Masquerademagic.
I placed my order from this site recently. The masks were delivered very quickly and without damage and the overall product was fantastic.
I have used masquerademagic 4 times in the last year and have found no problems with the company whats so ever. This is a big company and im not seeing to many good reviews about them. I will defend them because they treat me very well and are always polite. Good turn up on time and i have always had fantastic customer sevice
Delivery from this company is so slow and all u get is excuses. Still waiting on mask or refund, looks like i will get neither as they dont reply to messages
