Martin Gerrard have been incredible to deal with on my recent purchase going above and beyond at every touch point to get the deal through. Shuhan Ali in particular has been a complete star and constantly able to help and supply answers making the whole process a very human exchange.

Daniel and Anthony were both excellent throughout the rental process. They were professional, responsive, and made finding a tenant smooth and stress-free.

We worked with Harrison and he went above and beyond for us. He was quick to respond, friendly, accommodated our schedule, and really great to work with.

Shivali was brilliant throughout the whole process. Really responsive, always happy to answer questions (even when I had quite a few!), and made everything feel straightforward. I had an outstanding experience with the team at Martyn Gerrard, and I want to especially recognise Ellie for her exceptional support.

My water sprinkler safety system had been beeping nonstop for a week, and because it’s installed so high up, it required a contractor with proper equipment to fix it. I sent a note on Monday, and by yesterday Ellie personally called me, reassured me, and arranged for a contractor to come within the hour.

True to her word, everything was sorted quickly and professionally. Her responsiveness, efficiency, and genuine care made the entire experience stress‑free.

Florence was great at helping me find properties in the local area - she informed me of upcoming and existing properties that would be suitable for me, and was always quick to respond and organise viewings if needed. I just want to say a huge "thank you" to Jatin and the entire Finchley Central team for the expert guidance, positivity and professionalism they showed that helped make this experience as painless as possible. It was a baptism of fire for us (first time selling in 25 years!) especially with market conditions turning south not long after we put our house on the market, but the team's resilience and support got us over the line (we exchanged yesterday, yayyy!).

He is proactive, doesn't accept excuses from other parties, and kept us constantly updated. Fantastic service from start to finish.
