my parter ordered my a birthday gift…
my parter ordered my a birthday gift from them, it arrives and the quality was nice but style was off for me.
Contacted them for a refund, they did not respond, returned the item with royal mail proof of delivery and no refund as well as no response. Sent a direct message to them and no response. Please respond by the 21st of January or I will have to do a charge back

I find that measurements / sizing don’t…
I find that measurements / sizing don’t always line up with what’s stated, so i often send stuff back.
When i get busy with work (i also have a young family) i don't always get a chance to try things on then I can’t send stuff back.
If you don’t look immediately (who can with work) I miss out on the rare
Stuff that would fit me as i am large/bigger but athletic - ish.

Price increases
I feel like the prices of items have increased markedly over the past couple of months. In many cases, an item labelled as 'very good' condition is still noticeably above 50% the full RRP. I think this is a shame because value was one of the primary benefits of the platform and I feel that has been eroded slightly.

Probably the best pre-owned market I’ve had the pleasure of using especially for sizing and also for legit garms.
Great options and brands, sizings for each piece and quick replying CS. I keep advertising them to friends and acquaintances as they’re a solid marketplace.
