Totally unprofessional and when I asked…

Totally unprofessional and when I asked about rate prices they continued to belittle me and say they have many other bookings to worry about that day so either I just book or they cancel it. Of course I canceled. Then on the day of the move I get a call saying the truck is on the way. I said I canceled this weeks ago, he replied with oh this happens all the time sorry to bother you. Now 2 months later I get an invoice from asking to pay for the service. Bunch of spammers! Don’t book with them!

BEWARE: Maroochydore Removalists

BEWARE: Maroochydore Removalists quoted us $189/hr. The job took 4hrs and the move was between Buderim and Mountain Creek (i.e. 10mins). They held our items and demanded us pay $2500 before unloading. They advised that we could dispute this when the invoice was itemised, but despite 6 follow up enquiries they have still not issued an invoice. The company has no ABN/ACN or address details on their website and have reported them to QCAT and the ATO.
