Marianne was amazing!

Marianne was really helpful and knowledgeable. I was getting my rings cleaned and polished, and Marianne updated the valuation as they were 6 years out of date. The service was really quick and my rings were returned to me within 30 minutes while I was still in the store.

I came in for an engagement ring, knowing more or less exactly what I was after. Given that, I was dealt with by Alison who made me feel at ease, listened to the criteria I'd provided, and picked out a few options that would fit. It was a very efficient process and ended up being way under the what I'd been expecting to pay!
After picking the components, they were able to craft the ring same-day and I walked away after a few hours very satisfied

I’ve had a really positive experience with Marlow’s Diamonds over the years, especially with Sara, who has always been incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely enjoyable to deal with.

I’ve purchased three diamond rings, a diamond solitaire necklace, and a bespoke diamond bracelet, all of which I absolutely love. I also have my jewellery cleaned there annually, and it always comes back looking perfect.

The service has been consistently excellent from start to finish, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my jewellery.

We came in returning to have my engagement ring resized and a loose stone put back in. We were fortunate enough to bump back into Marianne who initially served us for our rings and wedding band. She was lovely as ever and very helpful.

Marianne was wonderful and delivered exceptional service. I came in with my fiance a couple weeks earlier and saw a few designs that was potentials. Marianne was not pushy at all and I did come back to her to buy a beautiful engagement ring and band. She worked with my budget and design ideas and whilst she did manage to upsell me a little I was very pleased and so was my fiance.

Marianne was really lovely, and she did her best to find us the best diamond in our price range! Would recommend Marlows just because of her xx
