No product has been delivered. No refund has been issued.
We had a deeply disappointing experience with this company. I have ordered boxes from different companies for about 20 years. This is the worst experience I have ever had, and I tried every way to resolve this before writing a bad review.
Before placing our order, we were very clear that U.S. manufacturing was essential to us for both marketing and logistical reasons. We were assured that their boxes were produced in the USA. However, as soon as we received tracking information for our first order, it became clear that this was not accurate.
When we raised the issue, they lied about the production again. We became uneasy and requested our deposit back, but the company refused to refund it. They also declined to apply the $12,500 deposit toward product value. Over the past seven months, we have made repeated efforts to resolve this professionally and privately.
No product has been delivered. No refund has been issued. At one point a member of his team changed the pricing and said we would need to pay even more to get any boxes made. We tried to issue a chargeback, but they provided false proof of shipping of the first order to claim that we received the second larger order.
I tried to call the CEO many times, and finally we had to give a fake name to get him on the phone. He answered immediately when he thought I was a man named "Allen" calling. The CEO ended our phone call abruptly and has refused further resolution. I asked him if he thought it was appropriate for me to pay $12K+ for nothing and if he thought it was appropriate for him to keep the money AND the boxes and not offer a resolution. He seems to think so.
We are sharing this so other businesses understand the risk. Transparency and accountability matter, especially in long-term partnerships.
