I ordered 2 pillows and a pair of espadrilles. The espadrilles arrived by Royal Mail, postman rang the bell and handed me the shoes. Onto the pillows...... M&S said they were being delivered by thei... See more

I just wanted to say a big thank you to…
I just wanted to say a big thank you to Carmel, Bra fitting services, White Rose Shopping Centre. She helped my mum who has been struggling for quite a while & couldn't get the right size fitted. Thank you very much Carmel!
Disappointed by the service
I'm disappointed by the service I received at the High Wycombe store today. My husband and I were shopping together but paid separately; however, when we asked the assistant to add the points from his transaction to our account while I was still at the till, we were told it wasn't possible because the sale had already been processed. I have since found, through M&S customer service, that this is not the case.
Dinky Cornish Pasties were empty !!!
Did a small Buffet Tea last weekend and bought 3 packets of M&S Dinky Cornish Pasties. It was extremely disappointing to find that almost half of the 18 that I put out on the plate had NOTHING inside them and I mean nothing at all !!! Although they all looked 'puffed up' and the same from the outside, it was not until one bit into them one realised they had nothing inside .... it was just pastry !!! My guests thought it was hilarious but I was furious. They dont appear to even be made in Cornwall either so that begs the question, should they even be marketed and sold as 'Cornish Pasties' ?? I managed to rescue one of the empty boxes and reference number is G1C10021:49.
Disappointed with marks and spencer…
Disappointed with marks and spencer tried two different stores to purchase denim jeans had very few in stock of my size 36" waist reg leg when found a couple tried on found to measure 38" told staff members who couldn't he bothered
Come on m and s yiu can do better?
Sparks card changes put me off
Let’s get this right, I love M&S. I shop for clothes here often. However the new sparks programme where instead of discounts and offers for members, you now accrue money off, making you spend more is such a total turn off. I work in branding and marketing and think this is the worst decision they could make. Short term for the business they might make more but people like me who used to bulk buy when an offer was on, won’t buy much at all anymore. It seems worse value for the consumer, we’re not stupid! What’s worse is this change comes at a time where people have less and prices for clothes have gone up. I find this quite a tone deaf decision and would be interested to hear what their focus groups said about the idea.
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service, in the clothes department no floor stuff to be found and to help, on the pay tills always big queues, and very rude stuff. This was my repeated experience in Oxford Street Marble Arch.
disappointed shopper
As a matter of principle i do not like automated billing, today I had got approx. 6 items, I went to pay, there was just one young lad, working on tills queue was very long did they get someone else on NO, as long as they are taking money they do not care, they must lose quite a lot of custom because of this plus prices are high
Poor delivery
So, ordering online was fairly easy, however what Marks and Spencer do is they hide what couriers they use and hey ho, they use the cheapest,Evri, probably the worst couriers around! When I ordered and I also paid extra for next day delivery it never mentioned Evri. Then I get a notification next day when parcel should have arrived that Evri can't deliver for 7 days! I have had known they use Evri, I would never have purchased in the first place.
Unable to get onto my account
Quite disappointed about my experience at Marks & Spencer’s online service.
I was unable to access my account despite multiple attempts to reset my password, as none of the reset emails were received. I followed all the recommended steps, including checking spam folders and adding the sender as a trusted contact, but the issue persisted.
I also attempted to place an order as a guest using the same email address and again received no confirmation email, payment confirmation, or delivery updates. This lack of communication is concerning when placing an order online.
When I contacted customer support, I received a generic response advising me to check my spam folder and add their email as a trusted sender, which I had already done.
Repeating these standard steps did not resolve the issue. I was ultimately told that the only option was to create a new email address, which does not address the underlying problem.
I have not experienced similar issues with other retailers, so this has affected my confidence in using their online services going forward.
Absolutely awful service.
Absolutely awful service.
I placed an order on Thursday 9th April to pick up from Bromley on the Saturday. Thank goodness I used PayPal.
I received an email on the Saturday advising the entire order had been cancelled.
I immediately called customer services asking when I’d get my money back. 3 to 5 working days was the answer, waiting for money to be credited back for goods I didn’t receive with no reason given.
Several conversations with customer services, 7 working days later, in still no credit received so I’ve opened a dispute with PayPal to takeover as I’m getting nowhere.
I will never shop with M&S again unless it’s resolved and an explanation is given. The worst service I’ve ever been given - so bad.

Kim Moss wonderful lady
I applied for a loan which was accepted. I was told the money would be there in 5 days. Nothing so I rang the loan department about 4 different times. each time I was told your money would be there in 5 days 3 days 3 days and even tomorrow. I had to have an overdraft to pay the money out. I rang again and I got the truth from someone called Jon or Gon she told me some of my paperwork had not been returned that's why I hadn't got the money. She said would I like to talk to complaints I said yes. I was put in touch with a lady called Kim Marsh, what an amazing person ,she said she would sort it out straight away. She even stayed at work after her shift had finished to ensure I got my money. I cannot thank her enough Marks and Spencer should be pleased to have such an amazing person working for them. Thank you lovely Kim you are amazing
M&S Has changed.
I think the staff are Amazing, so helpful and cheerful, they are special people. But I do think the store has changed, it's much more expensive and they have changed the sparks offers. Where as before you use't to get money off offers , now you have to spend on items, to earn money rewards. I am sorry M&S but I don't think your idea to make more money for the company will work. I must admit I am not keen on it at all. Are M&S customer paying for the cyber attack as the prices have risen so sharply? This is making me look elsewhere to shop.
Poor quality towels
I spent over £100 on towels. Most were just ok but two Pure Cotton Geometric Check bath towels were really bad. Numerous threads pulled after first use. Really bad quality and disappointing. I didn’t use them until a couple of months after I’d bought so didn’t feel I could take them back. Luckily they were on offer but I’ll buy form John Lewis in future. M and S quality has gone down so much.
Had an order from m&s (ghost) brand.
Had an order from m&s (ghost) brand.
The trousers arrived in a tiny bag all screwed up, they looked second hand and for £95 I expected better. When I told a staff member in Meadowhall she said it wasn't their fault, surly they are responsible for what they are selling.
The staff were unhelpful and uninterested. Won't be shopping in the clothes department again. Also the website was difficult to negotiate with adding the sparks card. Really fed up with m&s, they need to get their act together. As a very good costomer over the years I will be looking elsewhere to shop, somewhere with better costomer service.2
It’s not colds it’s Marks and Spencer cold
Saturday gone new Mersey retail park, Speke, Liverpool. Still no heat after about 5 months of either no heating or so little it’s useless. Management appear incapable of managing anything.
M and S food not so good
Last weekend I got sucked into some M and S food advertising so I headed to my local store to see what I could find.
A yellow stickered Mac and cheese, perfect for my dinner. I also bought a cheese sandwich for lunch,a loaf, a bottle of water and,as a treat some fresh cream chocolate eclairs.
The sandwich was awful, dry, not a good texture on the cheese, well, I only ate half, threw the rest in the bin. Disappointing.
The Mac and cheese wasn't great either,it smelt good but texture all wrong and it didn't really taste of anything.
The loaf was also a disappointment, it was dry and just didn't last very well.
The eclairs,on the other hand, were delicious, probably some of the best I've ever eaten. They'll never beat my local bakeries offering though.
M and S food not good.
I feel I have to write this,as I'm…
