Delayed delivery, solved by great customer support
UPDATE: the products arrived within 23 hours, as promised by customer support!!

Had some issues delivering the order, after a short call to the support, we found a better (more expensive) yet similar product which was in stock, and they send it without extra charge as express delivery.
The wait for the support line was 20 min, with 6 persons in line, yet the call was short, precise and solved the issue. Absolutely worth the wait.
DA: Der var udfordringen med min bestilling, men efter en kort samtale med supporten, lykkedes det at finde et andet men tilsvarende produkt, blot bedre og lidt dyrere der var på lager. som de ville sende uden yderligere omkostninger.
Ventetiden var ca. 20 minutter, med 6 før mig i køen. Selve samtalen var kort, præcis og løste problemet, absolut ventetiden værd.

Terrible service
Terrible service! I paid for the cost of the posting, and after 1 week, i wrote them what is going on, then without any chances or any answer they have cancel my order, because they are not sending those kind of items. Whaat?! I have choose the item, that the website says they are able to send... i got the money back, but still, this is a disgusting attitude. Never ever buy anything from shops like that!

Bestilte Renskib produkter til min “gastedag”, men desværre var der en vare som vor udsolgt, så Marinelageret sørgede for at varen blev sendt direkte fra producenten så det blev komplet levering - just in time.
