I ordered flower on monday for the valentines day wich is yesterday and guess what ? They dont send it no phone call not answering my emails

I ordered roses for my wife fr Valentines Day. I ordered on Feb 11 for delivery on Feb 14. Cost 99 Euros. On the morning of 14th i got an email saying could I provide a local (French) phone number so the delivery van could contact me to find the house (which is not hard to find, if you type address into Google maps it will take you straight there). I immediately provided such a number. Then nothing all day, No response to email, no delivery, nothing. 15th, I get an email saying it's my fault for not providing a number they never asked for in the first place. Absolutely terrible service, rude response. Never use this company, you will not get your flowers.

It's very bad. I just written to Revoluta for refund money back or cancel the transaction - chargeback. I read somethings and facts about this company. It's fake and cheating! I am waiting for my money back. Number of order 51999. I bought flowers at 14.02 morning and this company ensure me it will by done on this termin. Null/zero about contact. The number of phone on our site don't executed - in my opinion number is wrong and when you will just ring, about several seconds heard the "fax song". Email contact also bed, don't answer for any questions. In my opinion this is the froud I think the police must better see/focus on this company.... My email another address - dawid...**** at gmail.com (I can potential share) - this correct and this Address I ordered the flowers to Italy from Poland. It's fake. Nobody buy something here because they cheating!!!!!!

This has to be the worst company I have ever used. I paid a large sum of money for flowers and champagne to arrive on Valentine’s Day - as one would imagine is a special day. NOTHING arrived and I tried calling the company for 3 hours - no one even answered. Avoid at all costs!!

2 Stars because the flowers were delivered in time (they did not look like in the picture on the website, they we're much worst), but especially for the fact that i ordered a supplement of "Baci Perugina" Chocolates for the amazing (sarcastic) price of 11€ and only 1 piece of off-brand chocolate was delivered.

For the love of god, do NOT order from this website. Absolute dissapointment on a special occasion such as Valentine's Day

I have never seen any service like that, i don't know if they are already exist or it's scam....
i ordered flowers since the morning to be delivered and charged my credit card, then tried to call or contact by email and there is absolutely nothing.

now i don't know if my ordered went through or it's done or anything.
i really believe its not reliable.

I have used this company 3 times now and the first two times all was fine. the last time for Xmas, the delivery was not made on time. I had received and email to say they had a computer glitch - it eventually turned up. And the local supplier had delivered a lovely display of flowers.
BUT - they still HAVE NOT PAID the local company who provided the flowers. I have emailed them, and as at today, no-one has bothered to answer.
this is NOT good enough - you have taken MY money, but have not passed it on to the local supplier in France. I suggest you sort out your operations and do the right thing.,
I will no longer be using your company.

I read the reviews on them too late and am now losing €90. This is a massive scam -- I placed an order, made the payment and my order was never delivered! Very very very disappointed, not just about the money but also because the surprise I planned did not work out at all. Stupid company.

They have charged me 55 Euros for flowers that never got delivered to my friend in hospital. I had to chase them to establish they hadn't delivered and they promised a refund. A month later and I still have not received a refund and they are no longer returning my emails. Clearly a terrible con company - avoid!

Ordered flowers for our daughter in Sweden to arrive on her birthday.
We text her to say she should hear from the florist re delivery
She got not call and no flowers.
I then got an email to say that the delivery person had had a" personal inconvenience "
They asked me if they could deliver on Monday 27th Jan 2020
I then called our daughter, who said that nobody would be in until after 5pm so if they could deliver then ok. But if not then I wanted a refund.
I've now had an email (31Jan) to say that their system is not working properly but can they deliver on 3rd Feb
I again asked for a refund.
Let's see what happens next!

Do NOT order from this company. They do not deliver on the date you request, the flowers are less than the website shows and arrived finally (5 days late) fully opened.
Response from the company is slow and does not address or meet the website marketing information.

Used them before then ordered flowers for a funeral in Norway. Emails confirmation received, email flowers been delivered received but order WAS NOT fulfilled. Paid 78.00 Euros for a non-service. Rome//Milan numbers no reply, UK 0203 number no reply, two emails no reply.

First of all, i agree the customer service is appauling. noone answers the phone numbers listed.

After reading your reviews i thought my flowers would never get delivered BUT My flowers got delivered on time at the time i requested.

I realized that this company is listed EU but you should ONLY ORDER IF ITS TO BE DELIVERED IN ITALY. As the company is based and operates in Italy.

Which if you people did some research would realize.

All in all im happy my flowers got delivered and i feel bad for all of you who got scammed.

P.S use PAYPAL FOR EXTRA SECURITY

I order for my boyfriend in Austria. They don't ship on his birthday also i send message too many times to them and no respond. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND FOREVER!!! HATE THIS SO MUCH. i wish all karma back to this company. :( waste money waste time.

Should have no stars ...SCAM ... took 300 plus euros and nothing ...have reported to card company and reported the sites

Excellent service! I ordered a bouquet for my partner & they were delivered as expected, great communication & quality.

I did book flowers through this website. I did not receive any kind of confirmation email, nor did anyone pick up on the listed phone numbers. But the money had been deducted and I felt foolish for not having checked better and concluded I too probably had been scammed. So I bought flowers from another vendor, to be sure flowers were actually sent. On the day, two flower deliveries were made. So I was not scammed, beautiful flowers were delivered as requested and promised. But the company can improve TREMENDOUSLY on customer communication.

I would give them a "0" if I could! Ordered two bouquets for my mother-in-law's funeral. The flowers never arrived!!! Tried many, many times to contact them and never, ever received a response. Terrible service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
