Don't loose your money with NICO
On March 31/2026, my wife bought one of those called *Robot puppies * , named *NICO". For our surprise she received 3 of those NICOs. When she checked her PayPal accoun, got a big surprise: this Company triple the charge for a total over 1 hundred dollar.
We found a customer service Phone # (now come the best part)
when called (to return those puppies) and complain for the extra 2, the answer was that she (my wife) bought the 3 toys. The PayPal resolution to our complain was in favor of the mentioned Company.
My advise for this Company to improve theyr business is to stop scamming consumers before the authorities get involve.
I bought the so called blue light…
I bought the so called blue light glasses and they are a piece of crap . I have contacted this company but they don’t act like they have any information about what I ordered. I spend 54.00 and got glasses that you could get a better quality at the dollar store.
The dog didn't work
I received the dog and there were no directions on how to use it and you put batteries in it and all just yep yep all along. Is really annoying and the price is ridiculous.
FRAUD/SCAM
FRAUD/SCAM
Never purchased anything from them, but have 3 charges on PayPal.
Margin Holdings Limited
Margin Holdings Limited. I purchased a security camera called SecureCam Lite. Nothing on any videos, web site or FB pages indicated this was a foreign company. It arrived with only Chinese instructions, the enclosed QR codes don't work. This was obviously a scam site
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company, they are terrible.
Total Deception
I ordered and paid for the Nico Robot Dog. In their advertisement, it looked so lifelike in its movements. I would have thought it was a real dog. When I got it, I couldn't believe my eyes. It was an dog that jerked forward and back, making this stupid noise that hardly resembled a dog. It was truly the most pathetic thing I have ever seen. And had I known this is what I was going to get, I never would have bought it. This is truly one of the most glaring examples of false advertising I have ever encountered. Its total deception. How can a company do this. It really is more than I can fathom. And they should give me a total refund. Pam Whaley

Products is very cheaply made. They offer returns within a limited time frame, but you aren't given an address to return the product.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They send garbage products and then continue charging your cards for more money. I can't even talk to a live person for refunds, AI assistant is a joke. Worst company EVER!!
They appear to be scam artists
They appear to be scam artists, advertising products on Facebook. Beware, if you see either Margin Holdings Ltd or Inno Lifestyle Shop. If you order an item, you will be tagged for "extra services" that you didn't agree to, some of which are monthly, forever, if you aren't paying attention to your bank account transactions. The Margin Holdings website is a complete fake; it's nothing but a blank white page. The Inno Lifestyle page brings a lot of vague descriptors. Save yourself some trouble, and go to WalMart. :-(
False advertising or corrective glasses…
False advertising or corrective glasses that were just blue light glasses
Steer clear
Ordered an item back in Oct. It got sent to the wrong address. I got up this morning and saw where they had charged me again for the same product. Also, they claim I signed up for sume subscription program. I promise you I did not. I called, argued, and finally got a supervisor. The supervisor refunded me my purchases.
I was happy with my product (Space…
I was happy with my product (Space Balls!) but somehow got signed up for a $25/month rewards program. After some fenagaling I found a phone number. I asked the automated Jake a question he couldn’t answer so he passed me on to customer support. (I probably could’ve just asked to be transferred!) Customer support was helpful. They refunded the $25 charge and cancelled the program. All’s well that ends well?
Offer terrible products
Offer terrible products. Charge restocking fee that makes it not worth sending back product as you also have to pay shipping. Offer a 50% refund but their products are so crappy that they are making a ton off of you even if they give you a 50% refund. Buyer beware!
Fraudulent
I received notice of a PayPal payment from "marginholdingslimitedonline" for a three figure amount. I never heard of the company and never received any merchandise from them. I am going to try to recover the payment from PayPal. I warn any reader of this message: beware of any contact with this company!
Steer clear!!!
If there was a negative score, they’d get it! I purchased a heated foot massager that made my feet hurt worse than they were. Can barely walk on my right foot. I can’t find any info on them for return. SCAM! Stay away! Buyer BEWARE!
I ordered 2 Fit Track watches
I ordered 2 Fit Track watches which I have not opened yet to check the quality. When I saw charges under the name Margin Holdings Limited I did not recognize the vendor name. So I thought i was being scammed. Then I received a new charge today from Margin Holdings so called the available number. I spoke with 'Clint' who explained what I had purchased. In addition to the Fit Tracks I was also being charged for a rewards program that I did not authorize. I have cancelled the rewards program and am supposed to receive a refund to my PayPal account. I will monitor my PP account to assure they follow through. This company needs to identify who they are so we know we are not being scammed - even though they did try to scam me with the Rewards Account.
Got a refund
After reading these reviews 5 minutes after my purchase I called to cancel my order and after several attempts to dissuade me with offers of more discounts they did refund my purchase. I’ve confirmed it on PayPal. Will check before order next time.
I ordered the Vi Shift glasses and…
I ordered the Vi Shift glasses and magnifier for the cellphone. The glasses are crap! The glasses themselves are so cheap, I'm scared they will break if dropped. The knob that turns the vision lens, didn't turn the lenses very well and I KNOW it won't last for long. I did get a refund, minus the $9.95 shipping. I didn't even feel like that was worth it, but I won't argue over that. I wouldn't even buy these glasses at Dollar Tree.
Bought a device for nail fungus
Bought a device for nail fungus. Plug it in and nothing happens, nothing lights up, it's a piece of junk. Will never waste my money on anything this company is selling again. Fraudulent company.
