I bought a lamp a few months ago. The color was not corresponding to the pictures on the website and I returned it. I paid a lot of money to send it back to somewhere in the middle of nowhere in China and still did not receive my money back. The all process took a few months. They also tried to leave me the lamp and give me back only a small percentage of the cost but I did not accept it.
Shit quality, different from the description. Order cancellation, one day after, was refused "because the article is already on the way". Return not possible because the article is on sale.

This company are thieves. I ordered a product and they didn't have it in stock and they refuse to refund my money. I am very sure that this is done deliberately. Their customer service is obviously bot/AI-driven and I have sent 7 emails asking for a refund and they reply with a refusal. A disgrace.
