Great service, contact them with details on what I want a few changes on the template which was no trouble very helpful and in just over a week the frame was hanging on my wall.. I will be using them again.

Excellent service, highly highly recommend. One small thing I would suggest - The postman folded the cardboard the print was posted in to fit through the letterbox. Luckily the print was not damaged, however, this was only by luck. I would suggest that maybe the prints be sent rolled in a cylindrical packaging, rather than fold-able cardboard. It is out of both the customer and MapMyMarathon's hands once in the hands of Royal Mail, but I think better packaging would lessen the risk of folds in the prints. Nevertheless, v pleased with what I got.

I’m so pleased with the frame they made for my brother. I had a couple of questions which I emailed to them, they were answered very promptly and fully. The frame was sent out quickly and wrapped well to avoid any damage in transit. Would definitely use this company again

Ordered two IronMan prints (Copenhagen and Zurich). Looked around at different companies and these seemed to stand out. Very fast turnaround and proof checking service was very efficient. Prints are very good quality and look great. Unfortunately some damage occurred during shipping but re-prints sent out no quibble. Would use again.

They didn’t have the route for my Ironman 70.3. Yet after less than a day they sent me a proof print to have a look at. I sent through my timings and finish line photo and they made it into a superb framed picture which I will cherish forever.
Absolutely fantastic service and friendly customer care too.
I couldn’t recommend them enough. I’ll definitely be using them for all of my Ironman events.

Seemed to taken more orders than they could cope with demand. Suggested putting note on website to let people know of delays and was told this is a one off. Doesn’t help with people ordering.
