This is the worst tour company. Bait and switch! Stay away ! Expensive and you get back cheap stuff. Not worth it. They should ban this company. Awful customer service! Stay away

Albania and Montenegro tour
Albania and Montenegro tour. Unfortunately this was not my best vacation. Spent most of the time on the bus. Trip to budva Montenegro is about 5 hrs and then 1/2 hr tour. Guide wasn’t the friendliest. No fun. Hotels were changed twice for maybe a 3 star. Definitely will never again travel with mapa tours they are horrible. I’ve been told they actually look at the hotel to ensure quality. If this is true their scouts lack knowledge. In summary SCAM.
