returns not handled customer friendly at all
price, order process and delivery are good but hope you don't want to return something you have tried. I bought a wahoo bike computer and tested it but I wasn't satisfied. I did not use anything than the device itself and returned it together with the packaging. Now they want to reduce the refund by 20%. What the f... never again.
The response is funny: the device has been switched on, configured and switched off. Even the display skin was still mounted. With this answer I feel even more scammed. But a good learning...
