Mantel is great, PostNl delivery not
Mantel is great but in Belgium their delivery partner PostNL makes a total mess out of each purchase. They never come and on top do not leave the packets in a near selected location but where they wish. One time the PostNL pick up location instead of the one I selected which is 5min from here walking was in the other side of town and had to do 60min return journey...

Awesome Service but Returned Delivery
Awesome customer service. These guys know their gear and spend the time answering all questions even in English. I know, I know, the Dutch speak better English than Americans. :)
Unfortunately, my trainer got sent back because the DPD could not figure out the valid address. For each expensive order, Mantel should validate the shipping address and add my phone number to the order. I had no way to claim the shipment and redirect with DPD. Not it is returned and I need to start all over again.
