Hopeless. Terrible. Worst Purchase. EVER!

Tried to contact their customer service and person was rude, indifferent, careless, and extremely unprofessional.

The TV purchased resets itself, defective from day one. No return to EURO RTV, collect from home, even though it's brand new.

If you buy this TV and it wont work within 24 hours you'll not get a refund or an exchange. Instead you'll get a customer service person who doesn't care, gives false information, and goes out of their way to be unhelpful at best.

The collection didnt happen, stayed off work to be available for collection, nobody came or called. Day two of collection, was supposed to be between 1-2, never showed up.

2 wasted days off work waiting on collection of a TV (I hope Manta will cover my loss of earnings).

Thinking of buying a Manta brand tv in the UK? Be prepared to throw it away if it fails out of its guarantee as their `technical support` based in Poland have confirmed they don`t supply any spares for their product or have a appointed service agent within the UK. As for made in Poland it should really be assembled as the boards are clearly of Chinese origin. Not illegal to do so just misleading!.
