I’m beyond disappointed and furious with the service I’ve received from Man’s Best Friend Kensington and Chelsea. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others about this appalling daycare.
First, my dog was injured while under their care, and I wasn’t informed until he was dropped off at home. They casually mentioned it was “a slight cut,” but it turned out to be a deep wound requiring ongoing treatment. There was zero communication at the time of the injury, and they refused to take responsibility, offer an apology, or refund the bookings I had to cancel due to their negligence.
To make matters worse, they’ve been charging unauthorized fees and refuse to return a spare key they still have to my property. On multiple occasions, staff entered my home without knocking, leaving muddy footprints on my carpets and invading my privacy. The pick-up and drop-off times are unreliable, with my dog spending more hours in the van than enjoying any outdoor activities.
It’s painfully clear they’re only in this for the money, with no real care or professionalism. They don’t answer calls, avoid accountability, and show complete disrespect to customers. Avoid Man’s Best Friend at all costs if you value your pet’s safety and your peace of mind.
