Very bad customer service
Ordered a sofa april 2023.when it arrived it was faulty.one part of the sofa was lower than the other. I accepted a £150 discount.but now after having the sofa 10 months a peice of wood has broken when someone sat on the sofa. The broken part has been barely used. Mano are refusing any help saying I had 150 discount last year.its like talking to the wall as they won't accept its NOT the same fault. Also leather peeling off.They will not offer any help.despite it supposed to have a 12 month guarantee......I'm also disabled and cannot sit on the floor !

Purchased a wrought iron log store bronze it turned up a horrible cheap looking black and gold not as shown on the site. I requested a return and full refund, they refused a refund and free return offered me £5 to keep the item still trying to resolve it with them and I had to open a PayPal dispute. Disgraceful ManoMano. Please sort this out

Terrible experience. You’re left alone with their suppliers who never give any reply. I ordered €3000 worth of material 2 weeks ago and no trace of delivery or customer service. Will I get my money back???
