Love Mann's, a proper music shop with knowledgeable and friendly staff, and a good range of fairly priced products for all kinds of music. I'm local so I love that I can order something online and click and collect for free, but it's also fun to go in and browse and get tempted by yet another musical instrument…

Hard to find item provided, friendly staff who helped me over the phone to verify everything with the order. Couldn't ask for better. Package was well protected and arrived exactly when they said it would. And good prices too! Do not hesitate to use this company.

Recently decided to take up bass guitar again after not playing since school 20-odd years ago. Thought I would treat myself to a new bass to try and motivate myself.. After a bit of research online, I found what I wanted from Mann's Music.

Item was dispatched quickly & arrived within a couple of days. Guitar looked like it had been barely touched in the shop - all the plastic wrapping from the factory was still on pick guard, pick ups and tuning pegs. The bass plays well and seems to stay in tune forever.

Our daughter reached her peak with her current piano and wanted to look at a variety in one place.
The shop is the best that we have found, the upstairs filled with many, beautiful pianos. We were made to feel very welcome and Tim answered every question without pushing the sale.

I’m happy to say that her new piano is now set up in her room waiting for her to return from school.

Excellent communication, piano is in perfect condition and Tim ensured everything was set up and ready for her after delivering to our home himself.

We have visited this shop several times with a view to buying a guitar. We have been completely ignored each time so have taken our custom elsewhere.

Bought a brand new hybrid ii FSR telecaster that I wasn’t able to find anywhere else at the same price. This had to be shipped to the US and so there were some complications with customs, but Darcey from Mann’s Music helped me all throughout the process and made the experience very seamless.

When the guitar arrived, the packaging was very secure and the guitar was spotless and in great shape. I absolutely love it, would definitely purchase from them again.
