I ordered 6 leave in conditioners. 3 of the bottles were open on arrival. One of these had conditioner pooled in the lid area.

Ordered a parcel before Xmas
Ordered a parcel before Xmas, but the parcel went missing. Had to go in store on Xmas eve and purchase again. Trying to raise the issue with mankind has been a nightmare.

Phone lines never work
Having to sign forms over and over again as they keep saying they are wrong ( they absolutely aren’t )
Honestly won’t ever deal with this shop again as their customer service is abysmal

Sent the wrong item and made no effort to treat me as a valued customer
The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I ordered a product from Mankind (my first order). They sent a completely different product by mistake (not the product I ordered). The entire process of getting in touch with them is very frustrating (you can't just call or email them, you have to log in to a portal). They then ask lots of questions. Then, I was told I have to post the item received incorrectly back for a refund of my order. I would then need to place another order for the item that I needed, but in the meantime, I would be out of pocket as they don't refund for the original order until they receive back the item I received incorrectly. No offer to send out the correct item.

Ruined birthday...
I ordered a birthday present from Mankind on 22 September. The item showed as “in stock,” payment was taken, and I got a confirmation email. A week later, after a few "Sorry for the delay!" emails, I had to chase them, only to be told the product was never in stock and my order was being cancelled.
The refund arrived, but the delay ruined the 30 September birthday it was meant for. Taking money for an item they never had, then leaving the customer to dig for answers, is unacceptable. Communication was poor, and there was no proactive apology or real gesture to make things right.
Buy elsewhere!! Mankind clearly can’t be trusted to keep basic stock info straight or respect customers’ time.
