I purchased the walle in Feb 2025(order no 45434) it's already about a month and I have not received it. Numerous email sent but no response. The tracking shows only till 3rd march. Disappointing that no one responds.

Cheap crap - is not worth the money! Money clip was not working and the opener of the slider is blocked. Would be easily seen if there would be any kind of quality control.

Mani Wonders has made my daily life so much easier! The Cascade Wallet is super convenient, the Detachable Cover is a great addition, and the Air Card is just genius. I couldn't be happier! Good value

All the other reviews are payed for and the sad part they dont even pay them after promising them to do so

Previously I was using a cascade Wallet for 8+ years, which I love and honestly still love. While my previous cascade wallet is still in great shape, I felt it was time to let go and downsized, as I really don't need the space for all the cards and now barely carry cash. This is a great everyday on-the-go wallet that carries what I typically use on a daily bases, a few cards, little bit of cash.

Fast delivery and great communication from the ManiWonders Team. I love the Cascade Wallet and Cover—they are the best.

Totally useless!!! Cards is coming out and the top is loose when u turn around the wallet! Only 2 years warranty!!! Safe money and don’t buy it 💸💸💸💸

Update 04/09/2024: Again after several emails and messages on social media, they have finally shipped my wallet. Although it has been shipped past the promised time frame, I will never purchase from this company again due to their incompetence as a business. Updated to two stars since the product was shipped.

I purchased a Cascade Pro Wallet with the tracker card and leather casing in early May. At the time, the only shipping information provided was an estimated delivery date of June 2024.

After sending at least three emails and multiple Instagram messages, I received no response for 3-4 weeks. Eventually, I got a vague reply stating that international orders wouldn't be shipped until August 2024.

I'm willing to wait through August to see if the wallet actually gets shipped—though I'm skeptical it will. Despite following up with additional emails and weekly Instagram messages, I’ve received no further updates.

What frustrates me the most is that the company frequently posts on Instagram, often unrelated to their products, yet they ignore customer inquiries. As a business owner myself, I find it shocking that they would operate this way, and it seems I’m not alone in this experience.

I'll update this review if and when I receive any communication or the wallet.

I purchased a cascade wallet + detachable cover. The wallet was sent from China. So far so good. Problem is that the flap is flimsy and keeps opening. So, even thought he wallet is good looking, it is not usable, because i dont want the cards to keep falling out.

Tried to contact the company through their site, then Instagram direct message... multiple times now, to see if there is something i can do. It's like they don't exist.

Also, after purchasing the wallet ive been getting a lot of SPAM emails from the company, like a LOT. And they never stop, even after marking them as junk or blocked.

Anyway, this isn't a scam/ghost company, BUT their customer support is basically NON-EXISTENT.
And now i saw that they created a new cascade pro campaign on indiegogo. As far as i can tell, it's the exact same wallet as before but with a new RFID card...

I hope you had better luck with your wallet than i did. At this price, id expect a terrific customer support. But i never did.

Went with their Kickstarter project for a Cascade Pro wallet and trackable card. They have been remiss in updating everyone and have not been the best at responding to comments. I will update my rating as the campaign continues.
Update on 5/8/24: No word from Mani Wonders since March 16. No updates, still not communicating on their contacts page, bu they have opened up Indigogo (no communication there either. How hard is it to write an update. One more star removed. I will further update if my wallet ships next month or if they at least update us.
Update on 6/13/24: Still no updates or shipping information and project shipping date listed as June. I accept that almost all Kickstarter projects are late, but usually updates are at least available. If I ever get my wallet, I will update my rating once again.

Item arrived faulty, however they did provide me a full refund and support. Maybe i just got unlucky with my product.

This is a great looking wallet. The leather is just the right thickness, and so smooth. The mechanism for the cards works perfectly every time, too. Best wallet I've owned.

Absolute scam. Purchased a wallet from here weeks ago with the arrival date being the 3rd of December according to their website. It has not arrived, nor have I received any form of shipping confirmation and the like. I’ve sent emails and messages and all have been ignored. Do not purchase from here. I should have seen the warning signs with most of the reviews on this site being worded all the same.
