The item was lost in transit, maybe not entirely the sellers fault but they contracted them. When the item was found the seller instructed the courier to return to seller and not to deliver.

I have used M and M direct for years , they are a great company but i am leaving a review because just recently i returned some clothing that didn’t fit . I didn’t know but i had accidentally sent my reading classes in the parcel 🙈. Someone at m and m direct went above and beyond and posted them back to me . Thank you so much 🫶

Box in pieces
The trainers, that were a gift, turned up in an unscathed out bag, but the actual trainer box was hacked in the corner. Not an ideal look for a present. Trainers were fine, but definitely not what you’d expect for new trainers.
