I was sent the wrong item, and trying to return the said item has proved to be very troublesome. Being unable to speak to an actual person regarding this, Is in my opinion, quite frankly appalling customer service.

Great prices and great quality

5/7/2026. Always my first port of call when looking for clothing/ footwear. Great selection and great prices. The delivery is fast and reliable.

My experience with M&M is good considering the fact that they operate via online service only...but the issue is that, for online clothing & other items you are never sure if they will fit perfectly as every brand size is a bit different. So considering this fact the delivery fees for buying and returning are way too much and not affordable. Rest all is OK but this fact needs to be addressed!

Always great items at great prices

Purchased a set of 5 t-shirts size Xxl.
One of the t-shirts supplied was xl.
Returned but have to pay £3.99 for the privilege.

Been using MandM for a few years now. They were so good I signed up for the annual next day delivery plan. That's been so good that I felt I should actually leave a positive review of a company for once, also encouraged by the fact that they don't pester for a review like some others.

The only time I've had any issue with any order is when Evri messed something up, outside of MandM's control, but MandM put that right by dispatching a replacement product immediately and getting it to me quicker than it said the usual time would be.

The clothes are priced cheaper than anywhere else - yes, not the most recent styles, but that's fine, I'm middle-aded and just want modern enough and good quality while paying a third the usual price.

They never quibble about returns either and it's super easy to do, with loads of returns options with various couriers. It's unusual I find, and I order a lot online, for a company not to make it difficult to return items (Sports Direct I am specifically looking at you here!) Refunds are always processed quickly I find too, again, not the norm.

On the whole it's exactly what you want - cheap, high quality, good service, delivered quickly, and sort returns easily and quickly.

About as good as it gets in the modern era of online shopping.

Wrote a review a couple of days ago, completely wrong order received and no replies after initial email response. Trustpilot review provoked a response and I was advised to return and use the voucher provided for free shipping and my unlimited shipping was extended by 3 months as an apology. Sounded great, except the voucher is invalid, and yes, you guessed it no reply to my email advising this. So I'm here again having to write a 1 star review hoping to get a resolution. Genuinely getting annoyed now.

Very easy to order and very fast delivery will order again, although the sandals rubbed a blister in the first time of wearing all is good now
