Terrible experience. Ridiculous company, during the sales process they harass customers and follow up every day, although even then not transparent about why prices change.
Upon delivery the kitchen the nightmare starts:
1. the kitchen needs to paid in full if not it does not get delivered.
2. It was mounted incorrectly with multiple pieces missing
3. The follow apparel was not and is not working - Quoker, Dishwasher and lights - all of which require 2 months to get repaired. I will not even comment the waste of water of washing al dishes by hand for 2 months
3. The appointment to repair the actual pieces of the kitchen has been moved 3 time random objects left in my flat which I am not sure what to do with, and are dangerous when having kids around. I asked if they could get removed and was told not to as they might need them, but when I asked for what they could not reply
Customer service is useless as they do not know how to help and can only claim that the pieces are made abroad (which is also intersting as during the sales process we got told it was all done in the NL)
So overall for the price I would go to another supplier. I completely mis judged them by the looks

We had ordered a kitchen with initial measurements. It is an inverted L (7) kitchen.
Two measurements were done. One in Jan and one last week. Important to note is that during the first measurement, one of the walls (on the right) was not there yet.This was indicated to Mandenmakers and they suggested to go ahead with the first measurement. At that point in time, they said that there is enough space to build the Kitchen as initially planned.
Cut to the 2nd measurement, there is a difference of 26 cm from the first measurement intake due to the new wall being placed. So, MM suggested to place the Dishwasher on the other side (next to the stove). Before it was supposed to be next to the sink).
Due to this they will place a new 40 cm cabinet where the Dishwasher was supposed to be. They are charging us 375 euros for that and a delay in the delivery. They say that they will give us the 60 cm cabinet which will be of no use to us anymore. This is because they say the Kitchen has already been ordered. The delivery was planned in 2nd week of March.
Besides this the reason they say they cannot change the position of the sink is because "the hole for the sink is already made". I believe this is the hole in the counter-top. But, the 2nd measurement was planned exactly for this reason, to understand how the counter-top should be cut. After paying so much for a kitchen, we feel cheated that they are charging us and giving reasons to why they cannot place the dishwasher where we want.
The only person you can reach there is the Salesperson who sold the kitchen (and is not always available) and there is no way we can escalate or talk to anyone else.

They are good at selling in their showroom, but apparently terrible in customer service.
I got a new kitchen worktop delivered July 2024, it’s a very long one and it came through the balcony, the workers struggled to pull it in and the protective blanket fell off therefore damaged the balcony railing paint. After they installed the worktop I also find damages at one side of the kitchen worktop. Called and sent photos of the damages, they said they will come fix it, but only after 1 month they came with “paint maker” (not even the exact color so it’s very visible) and literally just paint through the damages,
Please note the damages are not scratches but some bumpy uneven lines on the strip of the worktop.
Contacting their customer service and didn’t get any reply so far, but only after I put a review here, they "immediately" wrote me an email that they will discuss it internally. And about the balcony railing damage, they said only 75eu for the “good will” compensation because their driver said they didn’t remember causing any damage.
Paid 4000+ for this worktop plus delivery and installation and got this kind of result is really unacceptable
And plus after receiving that email saying they will discuss it internally, they also didn't contact me so far, but only wrote an reply here at my previous review saying something like we are glad we came to an agreement - never happened or put a date saying they will come again to fix it - I was not informed anywhere. Very interesting approach.
Be aware! their practice is very weird.

I bought kitchen here and I had a lot of issues to receive the kitchen that I ordered. After many mistakes and waiting 1,5 year my kitchen is now finally finished. Many stress, many promises from company which was avoiding contact with me. I am still waiting for some money back that were promised several times because of the unprofessional from
Mandemakers and now they are not responding. I would not recommend buying here kitchen, so please save your money, time, energy and stress and choose a different manufacturer for your kitchen.

Our kitchen was installed poorly and AEG appliences are not of high quality.
Our fridge has water drops all over it's back and has become moldy. Hot and cold water were installed vice versa. Sealant are cracked. And these all happened after only 5 month of installation.Customer Service doesn't care and the company has tried to remove my reviews and comments instead of resolving their shortcoming.

Bad experience with the advise we got at the shop and the post sell service. I ordered with my whole kitchen (more than 20.000€) an easy to clean gas glass cook plate two months before the gas crisis. The advisor recommended one out of a catalogue. Many weeks before delivery date and already in the middle of the gas crisis I asked them for options to change it to electric, they told me it was not possible. Finally I got an impossible to clean cook plate, with many little corners and details that I could not appreciate in the photo and that gives a problem with a light that does not go off. They came to repair the problem within the garantee, but it came back few weeks later. I wrote them again few times about it for the last few months, but I get no reply…ver bad experience

SERVICE NOT WORTH THE COST
My apartment was left full of rubbish and building debris that they refused to take unless I paid €150.
They don’t do any kit work where the counter meets the wall so to finish the kitchen and make it watertight to avoid moisture damage I need to hire someone to come and finish it at my cost.
They delivered the plinth wrong and have estimated a number of weeks before it can be corrected. And left the wrong pieces in my apartment (I assume for me to dispose)
The oven doesn’t work and instead of replacing it I have to wait for the manufacturer to repair it despite it having never been used and me reporting the fault immediately after install.
It’s a 20 minute wait on hold to talk to them every time and then their response is always “there is nothing I can do” or they take three days to call back with the same response.
Don’t be fooled by the champagne and salmon wraps in the showroom, it is FAR from a premium service.

BEWARE OF THIS PEOPLE!
Advertised a kitchen on their website and tried to sell it to me for more the price advertised multiplied by 2,5. Although I specifically said, I want the exact same kitchen as they have on their site, they refused to sell it at that price, the first excuse was that the site was out of date, then that I might need more stuffs, I insisted, I just want that same kitchen and they wouldn't budge. Whatever price they give you, shop around with other company or you will end up paying twice as much for the same thing.

Recently Purchased a kitchen from Mandemakers in Kaatsheuvel.
So far it has been a very positive experience. Both Rob and Peter have been very helpful. Rob visited us at home and was able to come up with some great ideas in terms of design/layout which we hadn’t thought about ourselves. We visited the showroom in Kaatsheuvel for inspiration and we returned to confirm the purchase this week however Rob was on holiday so Peter was available to assist us. Peter took the time to go through everything with us and being in the showroom again was useful as he could actually show us everything in much more detail, nothing was too much trouble. We are very happy with the overall service we have received so far and we’re looking forward to enjoying our new kitchen. I would recommend Mandemakers to anyone.

In our kitchen earlier installed by Mandemakers a small part had broken off. After a quick email contact, an appointment was made and problem solved - very impressed.
We bought our kitchen in February 2020, everything was well arranged. Sadly enough problem started by delivery. The length of the granite strip for the wall was incorrect and one piece was missing. I do understand that this can happen. This piece of granite was wrongly ordered 4 times. Kitchen was placed in June 2020 and it is now October and we are still awaiting the correct order. Sent an email to Management, no response. Buying a kitchen you are treated like you are a King/Queen after that you are just a number. Money paid, client forgotten!!

My name is Michael and exactly one week ago I visited Mandemakers Keukens in Barendrecht and it was NOT a pleasant visit / experience.
Our adviser made the visit (my wife and I) very unpleasant.
Our adviser (adviseur) was rude, sarcastic jokes, mean comments, made fun of our clothing, was rude to my wife... etc. Because of the unpleasant conversation my wife and I left Mandemakers with the agreement that we would never go back there.
