Whilst the move itself was fine (really nice team, albeit they overran on the day and charged more for it - they seemed to underestimate timings on the quote), unfortunately they broke an expensive piece of furniture. I understand these things happen during moves, however over the following 10 months they repeatedly lied about insurance (they do not have insurance!), and then promised to compensate me directly and did not. They are now ignoring all my calls, texts and emails. Dennis is the main port of contact - he is clearly not a man of his word and was completely untrustworthy. Very disappointing outcome, especially as I have heard other removal companies compensate / replace immediately. I have recommended to several people they they avoid at all costs.
We hired Man and Van Oxford for a house move: two people and a Luton van. They provided a great service that was very good value for the price. I would definitely recommend them for moves in the Oxfordshire area.

My driver was great, but this company is not to be trusted. The driver arrived at the wrong time, was told by the back office that I was lying (despite me showing him their email confirmation and him sending a screen shot of this over to them) and then informed me I had to pack and move immediately or they couldn't help! I was trying to juggle care of my baby, whilst desperately packing last minute. The whole experience was very stressful and unpleasant.
When I complained to the contact I'd used when booking they assured me they would look in to it, but I've heard nothing since, despite following up myself.
