Amazing experience at the Trafford centre store with Nida who was very helpful!!!

We had an appointment with Harriet at Swindon to pick out our pram, she was so patient and helpful with all our questions and back and forth. As well as guiding us through the different packages available, and other questions we had about other products when we went off tangent. Harriet was so friendly and made the appointment a great experience, she is a real asset to the team.

Natasha was incredible! We had no idea as first time parents what was needed and how to use certain products but she helped us and made it so much fun and very informative. Thank you so much,

My partner and I visited the Swindon branch for the 'buying for baby' experience and couple of weeks ago. We were shown round by Zoe, and it was a fantastic experience. She was very noligible, went through different options etc, nothing was too much bother. We both left the store feeling a lot more enlightened than we were when we came.

We had a brilliant experience at the mamas & papas at the Glasgow fort at our buying for baby app.
We were served by Ava who was helpful & insightful. Ava went over everything in detail and was friendly & helpful when we asked questions about different products/ items. She showed us how to dismantle the prams & let us try it out ourselves. We’re hoping to come back through to pick out some furniture soon and get some expert advise on bottle sterilising as this is something we’re still unsure of. All staff were welcoming on arrival even on a busy Saturday. I have also recommend this service to friends who are also expecting soon.

Carmen made our experience fab today. We needed a cabin pram for our upcoming holiday with our older children and newborn. The information was brilliant in terms of different prams and we left happily with a bugaboo butterfly 2 x

Served by Rhi in Mamas and Papas Cardiff and she was absolutely fab. The whole interaction with her was great. I am having my first baby and she made me feel that no question was silly and she was sure to explain everything to me thoroughly. The whole store was so nice and all other team members there were lovely too. We ended up going back a couple of days later and got served by Rhi again so both times were a 5 star service!

Great buying for baby appointment with Michelle at the Birstall store. Really honest, helpful feedback and not pushy at all. Walked away a lot more knowledgeable about our next steps.

My husband & I went into the Gateshead store to purchase a car seat for our Grandson. The service we recieved from Ellie was exceptionally good so customer friendly. Ellie went over & above helping us with the car seat, she is certainly an asset to your company

A company who upholds their warranties! Had a bizarre experience with a well loved Bug Booster Seat having a part snap when changing out the straps, and Mamas and Papas upheld the warranty and exchanged the broken one for a new one.
Lovely customer services team who helped resolve the issues, meaning my child has a safe seat for eating her dinner tonight.

We had a great in-store baby buying appointment with Alessia in the Peterborough store - the appointment was really informative, with lots of different pram demonstrations, as well as being shown their bedside crib and wearable baby carrier. Really helped us in our decision making, highly recommend!

I popped into the Wednesbury store with my wife to look at prams and a next to me. We were greeted by Naz & Sarah, who were extremely polite and helpful. We explained our situation, and they demonstrated the products that were relevant to us. They both answered all our questions and gave us some valuable advice for the future. They are both very knowledgeable about the products we enquired about. They explained the flexible payment options and rewards.

We had an excellent experience choosing our first buggy at Mamas & Papas Bluewater, thanks to Natalie. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and patiently let us try several different buggies until we felt confident about our decision.

There was absolutely no pressure and Natalie gave us plenty of time to compare the options and was happy to answer all our questions. Once we had chosen the buggy, she offered to print out all the specifications for us and even took the time to handwrite some of the details.

We were extremely happy with the service and the whole experience. Choosing our first buggy felt much less overwhelming thanks to Natalie. Thank you for all your help!

we came into cardiff store about 4 weeks ago, and we ordered our pram bundle, we are happy and looking forward to it being delivered, we were served by lora and she was such a nice lady, very knowledgeable and chatty and showed genuine interest she was fantastic

I'd like to share my experience at Mamas & Papas Charlton. We went on a saturday evening and had a wonderful experience with Naomi, who was running the store on her own (for most of the day too).

We went with the intention of trying out some pushchairs and finding out what the different options were. Naomi was excellent at explaining the different options, understanding what we liked and helping us refine our choice in a logical manner. Most impressively, Naomi gave us a very personal experience, while still managing other customers and having already worked the whole day with very little help.
We also saw how she helped other customers with similar ease and familiarity and helped an expectant mum who was very anxious and not sure where to start.

We were really happy with our purchase and I hope M&P management can recognise the excellent work that Naomi is doing in the Charlton store and hope that this feedback can be passed onto her manager directly.

We will be back thanks to Naomi.

Shoreham store is incredible however those poor girls have to deal with us because Mamas and Papas refuse to move away from DHL who do not deliver on time or turn up at all!

Even staff confirmed they have constant issues with DHL. Choose a different courier

We had a fantastic experience in store with Molly who was so informative and helpful to us newbie parents. We were a bit lost with everything but Molly made us feel at ease and was so good at explaining everything at our level- she’s extremely knowledgeable.

We booked an appointment for Mamas & Papas in the Next Store in Leicester Highcross and were looked after by Gurjot. It was the best experience start to finish we could have asked for. We’re having our first baby so everything feels very overwhelming, but she put our mind at ease about so much!! She was so helpful, so lovely and knowledgeable, and wasn’t pushy or trying to sell anything, she just wanted to listen to us and our routines, and help us make the best decisions for us. She gave us invaluable advice about so much. We got everything we came in for and more, and already feel very comfortable using the products! We can’t see why we would shop elsewhere for anything baby related, and will 100% be going back into the store. Thank you Gurjot! You are a star!! Mia and Tom x
